“Expensive for an old bad hotel!
1. Immediately when you arrive, you will find there is no ramp at one of the entrances to the hotel and you will either have to look for another entrance, or carry your luggage on hand. there is still very bad asphalt next to the stairs, my suitcase fell out of my hands and I broke my nail! (
2. We were settled half an hour later than the appointed time. had to wait.
3. 4 lifts, 2 of which do not work! and this hotel has 15 floors. the elevators are old and shaking.
4. the room itself. ancient! tiny bathroom where the toilet is almost on the bathtub! there was some kind of garbage in the bathroom that I had to wash it myself. the furniture in the room is all just dead.
5. air conditioning. it worked very strange, the heating did not work at all, it was cool at night.
6. do not expect that your room will be removed when you go for a walk the next day. nothing at all! the rooms are not removed!
7. one of the key cards did not work, but change its it was a whole problem because of the elevators and queues.
8. in this hotel you will not find ice! there is simply no ice. look in shops, but not in this hotel!
9. there was not even a coffee maker and glasses in the room! this is my first time meeting a hotel no coffee maker and glasses!
One plus was.good bed, very comfortable.

“My family and I are here now for a little R & R and when arrived to check in for our room we were told that our rooms was not ready it was still being cleaned etc...so we were asked to wait which we did no problem. After waiting about 45 mins we were contacted that our rooms was ready. After getting into our rooms we discovered that the adjoining room had not been cleaned at all. We discovered old towels from the previous guest, the bathroom had not been cleaned, the bed sheets could not have been changed as we found stains in them. We travel a lot and we understand the challenges that everyone are facing during this time but to not change bed sheets or clean the bathroom is unacceptable. My wife spoke with management and they took some action to compensate us for the inconvenience (which we appreciate) but I make the post because I am concerned that this may be more than just a mishap...with the current state of things its more important than ever to take the necessary cleaning procedures seriously and ensure that they are adhered to. I hope someone at Hard Rock will see this post and take action.”
