“Stayed here for free one night on an airline’s dime due to a missed connection at O’Hare. The location is dated boring suburban commercial/business park-like, and the hotel itself is a bit underwhelming. The service was great, however, and the room was clean. And probably best for we weary tourists who needed a few hours sleep between flights: The bed was really comfortable, and the bedding and bath linens and products were luxurious. It seemed to lack any late night room service — I might be wrong about that. Overall not super deluxe, but a pleasant experience.”
