“The friendly, welcoming staff made me feel very comfortable. The relaxing massage room with its soft lighting and tranquil music, along with the highly trained therapists, made for a luxurious Spa experience....not forgetting the hot tea served at the end of the treatment. My therapist was very experienced and attentive to my needs, pinpointing tense areas in my back and providing just the right amount of pressure where needed. I left feeling pampered and rejuvenated after receiving a first-class Thai massage and body scrub. Would definitely recommend Novotel for the perfect Spa experience and the best massage ever!!”
