“Péssima experiência, o hotel estava passando por reformas e realmente precisava. Nosso quarto tinha um forte cheiro de mofo, O carpete cheirava cachorro molhado, e o banheiro a urina. Caiu um pedaço do forro do teto em minha mala aberta e fui obrigada a sacudi-las para tirar todo a sujeira. Até recebi um e-mail informando sobre a reforma, mas já estava a caminho e fiquei com receio de acabar dormindo na rua.”

“Tive uma boa estadia aqui, teria dado 5 estrelas, mas houve um problema com o meu quarto, eu realmente não reclamei sobre isso, então não tenho certeza do que o hotel teria feito, mas a equipe com quem lidei enquanto estava lá foi ótimo. A configuração do quarto, embora pequeno, era bom e foi bom ter um frigorífico e um micro-ondas. Possivelmente ficaria novamente.”
