“What a gorgeous setting. The greenest, most lush spot surrounded by a trio of golf courses and birds galore. Nature at its best in a convenient location, close to restaurants, supermarkets and all Williamsburg area activities. The accomodations are large, spotlessly clean, well-provisioned and come with great views of the large and very beautiful grounds. The staff is gracious and keeps everything running seamlessly. Cannot wait to return.”

“Our family and friends stay at Marriott Club in Ford’s Colony was the WORST!We stayed inroom 1732, our second night My son went out to the car to get his charger and called me from the elevator stuck! The maintenance people could not get the elevator running, So the fire department was called, when they arrived they ask if there was a master key for the elevator. The maintenance guy brought one Key That didn’t work he said he had others The firefighters ask him to bring every key he had he kept bringing one at a time. Meantime my son was stuck in the elevator. The firefighters tried their keys and broke out the crowbar after an hour past. Finally right before they were going to rip open the elevator the maintenance brought the right key! My son was stuck in the elevator for over an hour between two floors. We finally got to bed around 1 o’clock in the morning. We were promised a one night refund. Next morning we woke up with a no hot water so none of us could take a shower. We went to the beach came back to the condo with a no air conditioner. We were trying to hang out in the heat and play a game but the maintenance guy was in our condo for over an hour vacuuming The air vents and replacing filters, again this really ruined our Evening. Woke up the next morning no hot water. My husband called the front desk they were extremely apologized and promised another night off. When we checked out we only had one day taken off our five day stay. When we talked to the manager he said that one day is all he could do. This was our first vacation of the summer because of work and conflicting schedules with family and friends so sad it couldn’t been more peaceful!”
