Passado algumas noites aqui a negócios. O hotel era realmente muito bom. Os quartos eram limpos, a equipe foi amigável e muito mais acolhedora. O café-da-manhã foi .... eh ... nada ro escrever, mas foi gratuito com a estadia.

Spent a couple nights here on business. The hotel was really really nice. Rooms were clean, staff was friendly, and very over accommodating. The breakfast was....eh... nothing ro write home about, but was free with the stay.

geral ótimo lugar para o preço. As suítes são insanas (2 TVs!) O único problema foi que a água do AC estava deixando o tapete molhado, o café da manhã é bom e você tem muitas lojas a uma curta distância, até mesmo um AMC e DAVE E BUSTERS! !

Ótimo lugar para ficar. O quarto em que fiquei estava limpo e organizado. A única coisa que eu mudaria é o armazenamento. O único armazenamento disponível para roupas era um mini armário. Fiquei uma semana e vivi fora da minha mala o tempo todo. Café-da-manhã continental foi ótimo. Sempre havia uma variedade de alimentos prontos. A melhor hora para obter comida era às 6:30, quando não havia agora, ou às 7:45, quando a comida estava sendo reabastecida. Há um alvo, khols, chá de bolhas, Chipotle e muito mais a uma curta distância.

Overall great place to stay for the price.The suites are insane (2 TVs!) Only problem was the water from the AC was making the rug near it wet, breakfast is good, and you are have alot of stores walking distance, even an AMC and DAVE AND BUSTERS!!

Great place to stay. The room I stayed in was clean and organized. The only thing I would change is storage. The only storage available for clothing was a mini closet. I stayed for a week and lived out of my suitcase the whole time. Continental breakfast was great. There was always a variety of foods ready. The best time to get food was @ 6:30 when no now was there or 7:45 when food was being replenished. There is a target, khols, bubble tea, Chipotle and much more within walking distance.

Tapetes estavam sujos. As camas de solteiro ocupavam a maior parte do quarto. Havia o sofá-cama, mas não tinha lençóis - tivemos que encomendá-los duas vezes antes de chegarem. Pior de tudo, o café-da-manhã de cortesia (bem, provavelmente pagamos por isso da estadia de uma noite de US$ 275,00). Eu esperava que eles tivessem uma boa seleção para o gosto pessoal - especialmente para a tarifa do quarto. Os ovos estavam cozidos a frio, sem frutas, havia leite, cereais e alguns waffles embalados. Suco também. Esqueça tentando encontrar ovos mexidos quentes ou omeletes - eles não oferecem nenhum. O McDonald's teria sido melhor. Nós éramos os únicos usando máscaras na sala lotada que não tinha distanciamento social durante este último surto de COVID - e os olhares sujos que recebemos dos clientes - acho que não foi porque somos interraciais - mas nunca se sabe. Os olhares eram como "Por que você está aqui? - "Você realmente pertence?" - "Como você pode pagar este lugar?"

Big and clean room with fridge, microwave and TV. Breakfast was delicious good choice. Oat milk and fresh fruits were a highlight. Negative is that there is to much single use plastic involved. Instead use real plates and mugs and glasses. Would be much more environmentaly concious. If this changes 5 stars are appropriate

Carpets were dirty. The twin beds took up most of the room. There was the sofa bed, but it had no sheets - we had to order them twice before they came. Worst of all, the free breakfast (well, we probably paid for it out of the $275.00 one night stay). I was hoping they would have a nice selection for one's personal taste - especially for the room rate. The eggs were cold hard boiled, no fruit, there was milk, cereal, and some packaged waffles. Juice too. Forget trying to find any hot scrambled eggs or omelettes - they didn't offer any. McDonald's would have been better. We were the only ones wearing masks in the crowded room that had no social distancing during this latest COVID outbreak - and the dirty looks we got from patrons - I don't think it was because we are interracial - but you never know. The looks were like "Why are you here? - "Do you really belong?" - "How can you afford this place?"

Minhas interações com a equipe foram excelentes. Quando pedi lençóis para a retirada, eles os receberam imediatamente.O café da manhã deste local ainda não se recuperou totalmente do COVID. Havia café da manhã, mas mais limitado do que eu normalmente esperaria de um Springhill, e muitos pacotes individuais e menos opções de comida quente.Este foi o menor quarto Springhill que eu já fiquei. Tivemos um rei com uma retirada, e quando o sofá foi puxado para fora da porta para o quarto não podia ser totalmente aberta. Não tenho certeza como isso não é um risco de incêndio.

My interactions with the staff were excellent. When I asked for sheets for the pullout they had them right away.This location's breakfast has not fully recovered from COVID yet. There was breakfast, but more limited than I would normally expect from a Springhill, and lots of individual packages, and less hot food options.This was the smallest Springhill room I have ever stayed in. We had a King with a pullout, and when the couch was pulled out the door to the room could not be fully opened. I'm not sure how that isn't a fire hazard.

Propriedade limpa e agradável, serviço muito amigável. O café da manhã era médio, contando muito com alimentos pré-embalados, o que suspeito ser devido ao COVID, mas não precisa ser o caso. Os quartos eram muito bons, mas começaram a mostrar algum desgaste. Boa estadia!

Clean and pleasant property, very friendly service. Breakfast was a average, relying too much on prepackaged food, which I suspect is due to COVID but doesn't have to be the case. Rooms were very nice, bur started showing some wear. Nice stay!

La verdad me encantó el lugar la úbicacion lo que no me gustó fue el desayuno muy repetido en 3 días que estube en el lugar

Pésima atención a personas que somos extranjeras, pésimo servicio en recepción, no te hacen el aseo a la habitación con el argumento de que lo tienes que pedir, aunque lo pidas siempre tienen una excusa para no realizarlo, no recomiendo este hotel para mis compatriotas y para nadie qué sea latino!

Muy lindo hotel, bien equipado e incluye desayuno

El hotel está ubicado en un lugar muy conveniente cerca de I-270. Hay una piscina, pero solo está abierta unas horas de la tarde (creo que de 6 a 10). El desayuno gratuito no tiene mucho pero es suficiente. El hotel estaba muy limpia.
