O quarto é grande, muito espaçoso, limpo, pessoal muito simpático, a localização é no centro (duas paragens de eléctrico do Grande Bazar / 10 min. a pé). Para um hotel de 3☆ posso dizer que tudo foi superlativo. RECOMENDO!!!

La habitación es grande, muy espaciosa, limpia, personal muy amable, la ubicación es en el centro (dos paradas de tranvía desde el Gran Bazar / 10 minutos a pie). Para un hotel de 3☆ puedo decir que todo fue superlativo. ¡¡¡RECOMENDAR!!!

Para 3 estrelas está ok. Eles não vieram até nós por 4 dias enquanto estávamos lá para limpar. O cofre não funciona. Lençóis e toalhas limpos também. Quartos e banheiro limpos.

Serviço terrível, ninguém fala inglês. Precisávamos levar nossa bagagem para o 7º andar por conta própria (este andar só podia ser alcançado por escadas). A equipe foi realmente hostil e não está disposta a ajudar. As instalações do hotel também são antigas, por exemplo. ficamos presos no elevador e não havia água nos quartos por várias horas. Experiência terrível, literalmente sem palavras.

Horror, eu paguei pelo quarto grande com janela um custo adicional de 70 euros. sendo claustrofóbico, recebi o quarto sem janelas depois de muito cantar, recebi um quarto menor que 2/2 no chão. 6, não entre no elevador. Somente depois de 2 dias eles mudaram meu quarto e depois foram liberados, eles realmente venderam os quartos pagos.

Hotel localizado no centro de Istambul e facilmente acessível às atrações turísticas (5 estações de metrô ou cerca de 20 minutos a pé). Encontrei um quarto grande e espaçoso. Café da manhã. Recomendo este hotel para quem não tem muitas pretensões e expectativas, para quem quer apenas que o local onde dorme seja limpo. Pessoalmente, para isso escolhi este hotel, sendo o dia em visitas aos objetivos turísticos.

Pésimo servicio, nadie habla inglés. Necesitábamos llevar nuestro equipaje al séptimo piso por nuestra cuenta (a este piso solo se podía llegar por escaleras). El personal era muy antipático y no estaba dispuesto a ayudar. Las instalaciones del hotel también son viejas, por ejemplo. nos quedamos atrapados en el ascensor y no hubo agua en las habitaciones durante varias horas. Terrible experiencia, literalmente sin palabras.

Hotel ubicado bastante céntrico en Estambul y de fácil acceso a las atracciones turísticas (5 estaciones de metro o unos 20 minutos a pie). Encontré una habitación grande y espaciosa. Desayuno buffet. Recomiendo este hotel para los que no tienen demasiadas pretensiones y expectativas, para los que solo quieren que el lugar donde duermen esté limpio. Personalmente, para ello elegí este hotel, estando el día en visitas a los objetivos turísticos.

Horror, había pagado por la habitación grande con la ventana un costo adicional de 70 eur. Siendo claustrofóbico, recibí la habitación sin ventanas después de mucho cantar, recibí una habitación más pequeña que 2/2 en el piso. 6, no entres en el ascensor. Solo después de 2 días cambiaron mi habitación y luego fueron liberados, en realidad habían vendido las habitaciones pagadas.

Terrible service, nobody speaks English. We needed to carry our luggage to the 7th floor by our own (this floor could be only reached by stairs). Staff was really unfriendly and not willing to help.
The hotel facilities are also old, eg. we got stuck in the elevator and there was no water in the rooms for several hours. Terrible experience, literally speechless.

Peguei uma única canera e acordei em um sótão, em um quarto com 3 camas em que apenas um abajur estava ligado e a geladeira não funcionava.À noite não consegui dormir por causa do elevador, que foi notado por todos. Café da manhã, variado, mas sem nenhum sabor.A limpeza do quarto não foi feita durante 5 dias enquanto ficamos.Atenção ao gerente do hotel, muito insistente com as mulheres solteiras, chegando a bater na nossa porta à noite.

Tomé una sola canera y me desperté en una buhardilla, en una habitación de 3 camas en la que solo se encendía una lámpara. Y el frigorífico no funcionaba. Por la noche no podía dormir por el ascensor, el cual era notado por todos. Desayuno , variado, pero sin ningún gusto. La limpieza en la habitación no se hizo durante 5 días mientras estuvimos alojados. Atención al gerente del hotel, muy insistente con las mujeres solteras, llegando a tocar nuestras puertas por la noche.

A eletricidade não funcionava no quarto, após 4 horas foi consertada. Um quarto pequeno, mas uma cama grande e confortável, o banheiro era bom, era limpo diariamente. Para uma parada em Istambul, tudo bem. Muito boa posição, central!

La electricidad no funcionaba en la habitación, después de 4 horas se arregló. Una habitación pequeña, pero una cama grande y cómoda, el baño estaba bien, lo limpiaban a diario. Para una parada en Estambul, está bien. Muy buena ubicacion, central!

Habitaciones pequeñas el desayuno básico y lo Mismo todo los días muy escasos la ubicación está bien a 1 calle está la estación del metro aksaray lo difícil de este hotel es que las calles para llegar a él están bloqueadas y no hay un botones o alguien que te ayude a conseguir un taxi con 2 maletas grandes tienes un verdadero problema
