Hotel is in a good location but don't expect to get any sleep. There is apparently a night club attached to the building. The first night of my stay I sent multiple messages (1:30 & 2:15 am) to the front desk thinking that another guest was having a party in the middle of the night due to constant loud music. There was no reply until the next morning and all they said was hopefully security was able to stop the noise.The second night we had the same issue though this time they replied with an apology that they spoke to security at the club next door to turn down the bass.As a Platinum Marriott member I love the hotel brand but seriously, do not bother staying here if you plan on sleeping at night. I run a sound machine to drown out noise and still couldn't sleep through the club music most of the two nights, even in an eighth floor room.

The hotel itself was clean and centrally located. The only issue was the unbearable noise from a venue next door which did not end until 2 am. Thanks to Mark at the front desk, I was able to get a more suitable room the second night of my stay. He went above and beyond to accommodate me and provided exceptional customer service. O hotel em si era limpo e com localização central. O único problema foi o barulho insuportável de um local ao lado, que não terminou até as 2 da manhã. Graças a Mark na recepção, consegui um quarto mais adequado na segunda noite da minha estadia. Ele foi acima e além para me acomodar e forneceu um serviço excepcional ao cliente.

The location of this hotel is excellent, very convenient. The staff at the hotel desk however were among the least service-oriented and actually rude of anyMarriott establishment I've stayed at in the last 5-6 years. Maybe its typical of Boston (this was our first visit) maybe its because they have mostly new staffing due to the pandemic? Staff made errors in billing that they were unable to fix and I had to call Marriott customer services to fix. They seemed unable to work with their own computers at the desk.We stayed five days for a business/family trip and appreciated the walking proximity to many sights in the city. We had a great experience at local restaurants and beaches and at the other nearby hotel hosting the conference event. This Courtyard however seemed particularly inept at just basic daily procedures like checkin/checkout. A localização deste hotel é excelente, muito conveniente. A equipe da recepção do hotel no entanto foram entre os menos orientados para o serviço e realmente rude de qualquer estabelecimento Marriott que eu fiquei nos últimos 5-6 anos. Talvez seja típico de Boston (esta foi nossa primeira visita), talvez porque eles tenham novos funcionários devido à pandemia? A equipe cometeu erros no faturamento que não conseguiram corrigir e tive que ligar para o atendimento ao cliente da Marriott para corrigir. Eles pareciam incapazes de trabalhar com seus próprios computadores na mesa.Ficamos cinco dias para uma viagem de negócios / família e apreciamos a proximidade a pé de muitos pontos turísticos da cidade. Tivemos uma ótima experiência em restaurantes e praias locais e no outro hotel próximo que hospeda o evento da conferência. Este pátio, no entanto, parecia particularmente inepto em apenas procedimentos diários básicos, como check-in/check-out.

Probably one of the best check-ins I have ever had at a Marriott. The employee was so friendly, knowledgeable and extremely helpful. She really seemed to care about her job and the guests. Rooms are small, but the hotel is very clean. Also a very small gym with barely any weight equipment. Provavelmente um dos melhores check-ins que já tive em um Marriott. O funcionário foi tão amigável, experiente e extremamente útil. Ela realmente parecia se importar com seu trabalho e os convidados. Os quartos são pequenos, mas o hotel é muito limpo. Também um ginásio muito pequeno com quase nenhum equipamento de peso.

I can't say enough good things about this hotel!! After staying here this past weekend, i will not stay anywhere else when i travel to Boston. After a few less than favorable experiences at other hotels in Boston, this hotel won my heart. First off, the check in process was a piece of cake and the staff was so pleasant, they couldn't have been nicer. As far as the room, we stayed on the 10th floor and our floor was "allergen Friendly" which for me, was a sigh of relief since i have some pretty bad allergies. When we walked in, i noticed how clean the room was, and i was impressed that the room even had a air purifier, which again, helps with my allergies. Parking was easy right across the street at the Tufts medical center parking garage and it only cost $40/night. This hotel is conveniently located right near tons of restaurants and clubs and me and my friends couldn't be happier we didn't have to walk blocks and blocks to our room at the end of the night. Overall, i will for sure be returning back to this hotel and will recommend it to my family and friends.

Good hotel. If u want to just crash at night u can stay here. Clean and good staff. Big Thanks to them for allowing us to checkin early and also store our luggage after checkout so that we could travel hassle free!

I'm in shock with how great the customer service was. I booked my stay on points and was still greeted as a VIP. The late checkout opportunity, breakfast, room upgrade, early check in....heck, even the valet opened the uber door for my girlfriend and me. Without a doubt, this hotel knows what it takes to keep the business of their guests-- to include me.

We blocked rooms here for our wedding and their customer service was amazing! I worked with the Sr. Event Planning & Banquet Manager, Geri, and she was the best! So kind and helpful the entire process of guests booking and day of coordination. My bridal party and I got ready at the hotel and Geri went above and beyond to make sure we had a relaxing morning getting ready. The location is perfect especially if you have a lot of out of town guests since it’s so central to downtown. Highly recommend working with this hotel for events! Bloqueamos quartos aqui para o nosso casamento e o atendimento ao cliente foi incrível! Trabalhei com a gerente sênior de planejamento de eventos e banquetes, Geri, e ela foi a melhor! Tão gentil e prestativo durante todo o processo de reserva de hóspedes e dia de coordenação. Minha festa nupcial e eu nos preparamos no hotel e Geri foi além para garantir que tivéssemos uma manhã relaxante nos preparando. A localização é perfeita, especialmente se você tiver muitos convidados de fora da cidade, pois é tão central para o centro da cidade. Recomendo trabalhar com este hotel para eventos!
