“I can barely give a good comment, staffs are welcomed, but no heating in the room in such cold weather. Noisy, especially other room closed the door your room will be shaky!! Response to the general manager: I was staying on 14.10, the Lüftung is out of service at that night,I have contacted the front office and they give me another quilt, so I have commented the staff are pretty nice, but the crucial problem is the Lüftung should not out of work for whole day for a 4 star hotel!!!! That’s the reason. Another reason is noise in the morning, especially from the noise when door closing, you can try it by your own.”

“A brilliant hotel, I cannot recommend it enough.
-Its in a great location- fairly quiet but central and great for getting into town or other areas.
-The rooms are lovely, clean and large. -Amazing value for the price.
-The bed is very comfortable, and we had a great night's sleep every night we were there. -The staff are lovely and really helpful, and the bar is also really great.
