Super small room, not much bigger than a prison cell. No television remote. When I called to have the tv turned off, they told me they had no extra remotes. Then said they had one at the front desk that I could come and retrieve. I ended up just unplugging the television. Room is missing basic items. Not even a table to work at. Only furniture other than the bed is a folding chair. No waste baskets. The vanity and sink is in the room, outside of the bathroom. Room was not clean. Filthy corners. Deadbolt did not work on the door. No mini fridge.

Great staff! Friendly and Accommodating!!! Rooms are super cute and chic! I actually didn’t want to leave the room. Walking distance to Canal street and Bourbon street! Definitely would like to stay here again!

É definitivamente um hotel único. O pessoal é ótimo, sorridente, prestativo, amigável, não entendo por que há uma sala de passar roupa em todos os outros andares, acho que teria sido mais prático ter uma máquina de gelo em seu lugar. a cada dois andares, uma coisa que eu não gostei foi não saber que o estacionamento ao lado custava US $ 28,00 por dia, embora eu tenha me mudado no terceiro dia para um estacionamento do outro lado da rua por US $ 20,00 por dia. Sinto que o hóspede deve estar ciente do estacionamento caro, mais uma vez, não é nenhum reflexo sobre o hotel em si, dou dois polegares para cima.! Mas esteja ciente de que os preços do estacionamento são ridículos, no que me diz respeito

It's definitely a unique hotel , The staff is great, smiling , helpful , friendly, I don't understand why there is an ironing room on every other floor, think it would have been more practical to have an ice machine in its place rather then every other floor , One thing that I didn't like , was not knowing the parking next door was $28.00 a day , although I moved on my third day to a parking garage across the street for $20.00 a day. Kind of feel like the guest should be aware of the overpriced parking , again it's no reflection on the hotel itself I give it two thumbs up.! But just be aware the parking prices are rediculous as far as I'm concerned

Este hotel tem uma apresentação bacana / única, mas infelizmente é decepcionado pela má manutenção e atenção aos detalhes.Ao chegar ao bar do lobby, me deram uma bebida de cortesia, o que foi uma agradável surpresa. A pessoa que cuidava e fazia o check-in era amigável e gentil (assim como a pessoa que acabou me fazendo o check-out).Assim que cheguei ao meu quarto, notei que a lâmpada do lado esquerdo tinha apenas 10% de brilho (basicamente não acendia).O chão do chuveiro do banheiro tinha o que parecia ser um pêlo púbico encaracolado (super grosso) quando nem eu nem a pessoa com quem eu estava entramos no chuveiro.As latas de lixo não tinham sacos dentro delas.A caixa do termostato AC tinha um grande aviso que dizia "NÃO ABAIXO DE 65 GRAUS", o que é péssimo para mim, já que normalmente durmo aos 60.Os travesseiros eram grandes e irregulares e não ofereciam apoio para o pescoço.Depois de descer um andar para pegar um pouco de gelo, apertar o botão "subir" do elevador não adiantou nada, e tive que apertar o botão "descer" para abrir as portas e subir um andar novamente.E, finalmente, quando voltei do gelo, a pessoa com quem eu estava passando a noite ligou a TV para tentar encontrar um filme, mas a TV estava totalmente quebrada e tinha linhas cruzando-a (estava funcionando mal, indicando danos ao hardware).Ao redor, esta foi uma estadia decepcionante e eu saí mais cedo. Exterior legal e pessoas legais, mas tudo estava quebrado, com defeito ou sujo.

Cool hotel moderno em uma localização decente. O quarto era adequado, mas sem vistas. Acho que não tínhamos janela, não me lembro bem. Talvez em uma sala diferente com vistas a experiência seja melhorada. O bar é legal e eles oferecem uma bebida grátis durante o happy hour, que é na hora do check-in, então funciona para começar a noite.

Cool modern hotel in a decent location. The room was adequate but no views at all. I don't think we had a window, I can't recall clearly. Perhaps in a different room with views the experience is improved. The bar is cool and they give you a a free drink during happy hour which is around check-in time, so it works to get the evening starting.

Normalmente tenho boas experiências com Marriott, mas este foi o oposto completo. Primeiro, fui informado de que não havia check-in antecipado, embora eu tenha ligado para confirmar que havia e fui informado de que estava tudo pronto.Em segundo lugar, eles me colocaram em um quarto que não foi limpo porque a cama não estava feita, o banheiro não tinha descarga e nada foi reabastecido. Depois de reclamar e fazer menção a isso, fui colocado em outro quarto que não tinha banheiro funcional. Ao fazer menção a isso, disseram-me que teria um êmbolo e o banheiro estaria consertado quando eu voltasse da minha noite fora.Quando voltei ao meu quarto, descobri que não era esse o caso e quando desci fui cumprimentado por uma nova pessoa na recepção e disseram que ela nunca recebeu um memorando sobre isso, então ela nos colocou em outro sala. Este era agora o TERCEIRO quarto em que eu estava, no mesmo hotel.Toda a estadia foi desagradável. Espero que sua experiência seja agradável, mas você pode enfrentar a mesma coisa

Eu e minha esposa ficamos neste hotel porque parecia nosso tipo de estilo e nunca vimos um hotel como este antes. As fotos no site são surpreendentes quando você entra na sala. É muito pequeno e o banheiro era ainda menor. Fiquei com a impressão de que eles tomaram café da manhã, almoçaram e jantaram, como dizia o site, mas também não. O saguão estava quente, assim como os corredores. Provavelmente não vou estar de volta.

Me and my wife stayed in this hotel because it looked like our kinda style and we never seen a hotel quite like this before. The pictures on the website are amazing however when you get into the room. It’s very small and the bathroom was even smaller. I was under the impression they had breakfast, lunch and dinner like the website said but that was not the case either. The lobby was hot and so was the hallways. Will probably not be back.

A entrada da frente me deu vibrações de jantar. O lobby é escuro e o recepcionista também é um barman. A bebida é horrível e o pessoal não é amigável. Seguindo para os corredores a mais de 80 graus. Parecia que estava em uma sauna. O quarto estava quente e outras coisas e estávamos em junho. Parece que eles pegaram quartos que eram uma cama com uma área de estar e fizeram duas camas para eles. As camas quase caíram no chão e as cadeiras eram menos do que desejáveis. O chuveiro era muito bom, água quente e o banheiro era limpo, a tigela de rosto era bom. Então, eu recomendaria este lugar para os sem-teto.

Hotel bem localizado, novo, hotel boutique, super cheiroso da esquina, sabíamos que estávamos chegando pelo cheiro. Pontos negativos, não tinha opção café da manhã mesmo mediante a pagamento, estacionamento do hotel muito caro, paramos em outro local.

La atención es mala. Antes de alojarnos consultamos si se podía enviar compras al hotel y contestaron que sí. Hubo un envio que figura en Amazon entregado en el hotel y que nos fue entregado habiéndolo solicitado en varias oportunidades. Por ello dejamos el hotel un día antes y reclamaremos la devolución del pago.

Son unos estafadores, use dos días de parking, y me cobraron 5 días, aparte de otros cargos que no te dicen de que son, hice un reclamo y no he recibido respuesta, no te envían factura ni comprobante, son unos estafadores y Ladrones.. yo quiero mi dinero de regreso ladrones!! They are scammers, use two days of parking, and charged me 5 days, apart from other charges that do not tell you what they are, I made a claim and I have not received an answer, they do not send you an invoice or proof, they are scammers and thieves. I want my money back thieves !!

Buen hotel con habitaciones prácticas y acogedoras, servicios comunes gratuitos como plancha o hielo... Tiene además cafetería/bar en la planta baja que siempre está activo. Lugar acogedor y limpio cerca del barrio francés.

Me encontré con unos amigos que se hospedaban en el MOXY. El lobby del hotel is interesante. Tienen una barra con buen ambiente y mesas de foosball.

Todo perfecto. Hotel con un look muy extremado, moderno, y con un toque vintage. Con diferencia lo mejor que puedes encontrar sin llegar a la ruina. Personal muy amable! Habitación amplia, ordenada y limpia. El único punto negativo, que las ventanas no se abren. La primera noche, no pasa nada...Pero cuando llevas días... Necesitas un poco de ventilación. Y lo mismo pasa con el armario, no hay. Si te tienes que quedar varios días, ya le puedes poner imaginación, para ordenar la ropa.
