“Staff are wonderful, especially Harrison who went out of his way to make our stay wonderful! Harrison gives exemplary service! Unfortunately hotel security border on harassment regarding hotel guests and friends, making them feel extremely uncomfortable. Very disappointing indeed. We have never encountered this anywhere before.Thank you for your response Miguel. I am not sure how to respond to your comment as I don’t see a place to reply other than editing my review. I appreciate your explanation and intent to secure our safety but please be careful to ask staff to go about this in a more respectful way as it’s very important as travellers that our friends not feel embarrassed or disrespected in front of a lobby full of people. This is also not the first time this has happened and I am not the first person to encounter this. Enjoy the rest of your day 🙏🏽”
