“Worst customer service I’ve ever experienced at a Hilton affiliated hotel location. The Jamaican overnight attendant didn’t have name badge, wouldn’t tell me what her name was, & she was so lazy, that she wouldn’t confirm my hotel’s reservation confirmation number because she was doing a night audit. She would coke up with every excuse not to help me & to not allow me to check into the my company’s hotel room that was already paid for. T
Then she tried having me put my credit card on file for the $839.38 to cover the total charges for the hotel room after she finally found the reservation.
Which I refused & it resulted in me having to book my own reservation when my company already had a reservation setup.”

“Typical Hilton Garden Inn. Staff was super nice and efficient. The room was a little tired... Walls were banged up, I accidentally bumped something behind the dresser and the wall behind the TV/dresser had ketchup stains, the floorboard around the fridge was crumbling, there was a tiny bit of mildew on one of the corners of the shower... Nothing I wanted to make a fuss about. Bed was really comfortable. Great shower pressure. I'd stay here again.”
