My family and I have had an amazing experience at the Meliá! Right from the start we were greeted with a warm welcome from all the front office team. Every staff member I encountered, from the valet to the check- in to the cleaning staff were delightful and eager to help! Thank you to Destiny for checking my family and I in with ease and for going above and beyond to help make our stay enjoyable! The rooms were exceptionally clean and comfortable. They were equipped with all the essentials. The pool area has a designated place for the children to play and socialize! Big thank you to the pool staff for being so accommodating and providing us with pool toys and extra towels. The hotel had an amazing New Years event. The party was great fun for all ages, there was something for everyone in my family including my 2 children which is a major plus for me. My family and I will gladly return to the Meliá and will recommend to my friends and family.

This is such a beautiful hotel with an amazing pool. The pool is heated and right in the middle of it, there is a hot tub. It was sooooo relaxing. I had a two bedroom suite. The rooms are very spacious and very comfortable. I like that it had a full kitchen and two bathrooms. They have a restaurant and bar on site. The food is great. The entire staff were warm and friendly. Especially Destiny, She made sure My stay was nothing but exceptional. Whenever I would pass by a worker they would greet me. That made me feel so welcomed. I highly recommend this hotel.

Beautiful hotel . Guest services were very quick and pleasant at check in. We wanted to upgrade our room and they did it quickly with no problem also adding pool side view. Room was updated modern we had 2 bedrooms and 2 full baths. Cleaning service came daily which was great ..The pool area was awesome they supplied outdoor games like bags ping pong and golf in the middle of the pool on a mini island. They also supplied floaties for the kids. It was decorated for Halloween. Everything was great we will definitely stay here again!

The rooms seem to have been recently updated. I think they kept the beds, while completely renovating the bathrooms, which were quite nice. The beds were on the firm side. The rooms are clean. The air conditioning in the room is powerful to say the least. The lobby is very minimalistic, they do have a small restaurant that also serves the large pool area that is the highlight of this hotel. Overall, very pleased with this place. It's great bang for your buck. I would definitely come back and just spend an entire day at the pool.

Staff was very friendly from the moment you pull in from valet to the check in desk. Location was great very close to shops and restaurants. It is very hidden so okay attention or you'll pass it. Our room was very spacious and clean. Poolside view from our balcony was great. We enjoyed listening to the live band from the on site restaurant.

#1 not clean by any means. Oh but they give you a sink and a dishwasher in the room… just no supplies to clean with. #2 their website offers guests a laundry facility… it’s through a third party vendor who does not answer the phone and the oh so helpful workers know nothing about the machines so when you call down to ask for assistance be prepared to wait at least 45 minutes for someone. #3 they boast about their sushi bar… it’s not even open. #4 food and drinks are overpriced and bland #6 what they offer as a “continental breakfast” includes some juice and pastries… for 10 a person. I can go across the street to Panera and more for 10 dollars. I will absolutely never give this company a second glance or penny

Had all the amenities we needed and the dog could come too! The dog enjoyed the park and did all the runs and had cheers from people on the balconies. The pool had so many activities.. food at the bistro was great.. Stephen and Justin were great at check in and out. We will be back.

Reasonably priced resort hotel (a Spanish based brand) that's in a location convenient to the Disney parks. A shuttle service to them is available, though with limited schedule options. Some of the furniture in our spacious suite was showing its age, but a couple of minor room issues were promptly addressed. Friendly, helpful staff. The restaurant has a good breakfast buffet and other menu items were also decent. Overall it was a good place to stay for us and we'd definitely consider to return there in our next visit.

Stayed here for the 1st time. Great place for the money & what a beautiful pool!! The male bartender at night, AMAZING!! The waitresses, some of them need training on speed. But other than waiting....it was a good environment.

Great food and very clean rooms. Even though it’s not the closest to the amusement parks but if you want to get out of the main Orlando area crowds and traffic this is the spot. The out door pool and patio area was really nice as well.

I worked at a hotel for 16 years so I tend to critique the different hotels I have stayed at and all I can say is this hotel is fantastic. Our room was upgraded at check in. Service was outstanding, friendly staff. Would highly recommend this hotel to anyone traveling to the Orlando area.

So I reserved and purchased one night at this hotel. The price for this hotel for one night was $70 which I believe to have been reasonable for a one night stay. When we got up to the hotel I checked in and went up to our room. I will say that I didn’t expect the room to be extravagant for $70 but the beds were very uncomfortable and very firm as well as all the furniture was scratched and damage. Which is not that big of a deal since we are only there to stay one night , we just needed a place to sleep but I felt like they should have maintain the rooms to a hire standard being so close to Disney and probably have a lot of traffic. But what I disliked the most is when I checked out the following morning they charged me $23 as a facility fee. When I asked what that meant the clerk had informed me of all the additional amenities that the hotel offered. But I told the clerk I didn’t use any of those amenities but the clerk said it doesn’t matter if you use them or not we charge everyone $23 for the amenities every night you stay which is ridiculous. I don’t think we should be charge for something just because you offer it regardless if we use it or not. Needless to say we will not be staying at this hotel again

The Lord knows with all of medical challenges & growth.. a very clean, safe peaceful joyful hotel is always beyond a blessing from Jesus.. This hotel stay for us was in April of 2019.. This felt as if we were home...It was elegant, classy, welcoming, generous, beautiful, fun....From the moment we walked we were blessed by Nicole.. Our room was plentiful...2 huge bedrooms...gorgeous bathrooms...breathtaking 2 balconies...with amazing views all over.. eco friendly. free filtered water....a wonderful kitchen... Nicole, Louis....Carlos..each soul that this company working at this location AMAZING... we felt at home... everyone went above & beyond...
