O hotel é bem localizado, mas se for fazer uma avaliação preço X conforto ele é um dos piores que já fiquei na Europa. É muito caro pelo que oferece.Os quartos são mínimos o guarda roupa não cabe muita coisa. Se um casal vier com mais de 2 malas vai ter dificuldade para acomoda-las no quarto. Na parte do cabideiro se colocar 2 casacos fica difícil pendurar mais algima coisa. O banheiro quando vc acaba de tomar banho e abre a porta do box, sai escorrendo água pelo banheiro. NÃO TEM CAFÉ DA MANHÃ. Muito fraco. Não ficaria de novo nele.

A beautiful, charming, and quaint boutique hotel near Earl’s Court station. This is an absolute find! To say it’s impeccable is an understatement! The staff are warm, welcoming and wise (they know the neighbourhood). The room is clean, and the toilet - hospital grade clean! I will definitely come back! The complimentary wine service at cocktail hour is a cherry on a splendid cake that is The Resident Hotel. It is a masterclass in English subtle elegance and erudition. They have literally put the big chain cold hotels to a standstill with their superb service and property! May they continue to grow in London and beyond so weary travellers like moi can find a true home away from home. Perfecto! Divina! Bravura!

Our 1st trip to London in May and I cannot imagine a better place to stay!The manager & staff took extra special care to give us a beautiful garden terrace room and to provide my daughter with a special surprise for her Sweet 16 birthday.Beautiful lobby and the staff was very helpful in arranging transportation for us when needed and providing helpful advice.Wonderful neighborhood location and very close to Earl’s Court. Nossa primeira viagem a Londres em maio e não consigo imaginar um lugar melhor para ficar! O gerente e a equipe tiveram um cuidado extra especial para nos dar um lindo quarto no terraço com jardim e para proporcionar à minha filha uma surpresa especial para seu doce aniversário de 16 anos. Belo lobby e a equipe foi muito útil para providenciar transporte para nós quando necessário e fornecer conselhos úteis. Localização maravilhosa no bairro e muito perto de Earl's Court.

Our room was plenty of space, clean & comfortable. I could hear a buzzing noise at night which I think was music playing under us in the lobby. All of the staff were very nice! The hotel was a 25-30 minute taxi ride to a lot of places we went in London. O nosso quarto era muito espaço, limpo e confortável. Eu podia ouvir um zumbido à noite que eu acho que era música tocando embaixo de nós no lobby. Todos os funcionários foram muito simpáticos! O hotel ficava a 25-30 minutos de táxi de muitos lugares que fomos em Londres.

Highly recommended. Quite nice staff and excellent location. It's a few minutes walk to Earl's Court Station, nice coffee shops and restaurant. If you need to go buying some food it's also a few minutes walk only. Our room was lovely, quiet and clean. I'll come back definitely. Altamente recomendado. Muito bom pessoal e excelente localização. Está a poucos minutos a pé da Estação Earl's Court, bons cafés e restaurante. Se você precisar comprar comida, também está a poucos minutos a pé. This was our first stay in a Resident Hotel and we joined as members. We were in London for three nights including a visit to The Albert Hall, about 20 minutes walk away for a Classic FM concert.We had a great welcome on arrival and the room was really nice. Note, we did pay for a Superior or King room which we felt was definitely worth it for the additional space.We ordered breakfast in for two days from the Over Under Cafe just round the corner. It worked brilliantly the first morning but was more than half an hour late the second morning. Luckily this didn't impact our plans for the day but, not surprisingly, we walked round to The Blackbird on Earls Court Road for breakfast on our last morning when we were ready. It was easier! They do a nice breakfast menu too!Apart from that minor issue, everything went perfectly OK and the room and the service worked really well for us. We will use Resident Hotels again but....will always check the room size when booking.Given that they don't do any food, locations and ability to order in are key. The Kensington hotel is well situated to allow you to do this with reasonable ease. Plenty of eateries nearby!!They do a complimentary glass of wine for guests between 6-7pm but that always seemed to be either the time we were out or it slipped out minds. Room was updated, clean with a view of the garden (had mini kitchen with sink, microwave, tea pot and coffee machine, glasses/silverware/wine glasses, and fridge). Modern shower/bathroom.Reception room/lobby has nightly complimentary happy hour.Absolutely zero complaints during our three-day stay, and lots of praise here. Perto da parada de metrô Earl's Court (Circle & District Line leva você a qualquer lugar no centro de Londres rapidamente), perto de bares, restaurantes, pode caminhar até museus / Harrods etc., mercearia nas proximidades Fomos calorosamente recebidos pela equipe da recepção com barras de chocolate para as crianças e cappuccino para o pai. Quarto foi atualizado, limpo com vista para o jardim (tinha mini-cozinha com pia, microondas, bule de chá e máquina de café, copos/talheres/copos de vinho e frigorífico). Chuveiro/banheiro moderno.Sala de recepção/lobby tem happy hour de cortesia todas as noites.Absolutamente zero reclamações durante a nossa estadia de três dias e muitos elogios aqui.

Procurei um hotel com boas críticas em Londres e o escolhi.O ambiente Wi-Fi era muito bom. Além da tomada normal, havia também uma tomada USB, então o carregamento foi salvo. A estação e o ponto de ônibus ficam muito próximos ao hotel, e há um supermercado razoavelmente grande, por isso é conveniente. Há também pequenos restaurantes e cafés ao redor da estação. No entanto, para melhor ou pior, não é tão longe do centro de Londres, então leva mais de 30 minutos para ir a qualquer lugar. Não havia café da manhã, mas havia um mini-bar, então a maioria das refeições eram acompanhamentos do supermercado. A recepção é muito gentil, e há bebidas gratuitas à noite! Fiquei feliz em receber sua carta. No final, eu nunca usei, mas a atmosfera no lounge onde pessoas de vários países se divertiam conversando e bebendo era muito legal. No entanto, o custo da hospedagem era alto.No entanto, em geral Foi um hotel onde me diverti muito!

Also, the hotel is located in a great neighborhood where food and travel are easily accessible. Fiquei aqui por 4 noites e foi maravilhoso. Toda a equipe foi incrivelmente útil e agradável. Great boutique-style hotel near Earls Court. We had everything we needed and more. The rooms were modern and clean. The staff was friendly and courteous, answered questions, and responded quickly to any need we had. No room service, but can call out to local restaurants for you. Can stock the mini fridge for you prior to arrival. Very closely situated to the Underground and an easy commute on the Underground to and from Heathrow (1 train only). Would absolutely stay here again when in London.Thanks for being part of our great visit to London!

Excelente ubicación, súper limpio pero muy pequeñas y ruidosas las habitaciones. Nos toco llegar ya tarde no dieron una habitación linda pero pequeña no creo que eso era lo que yo había pagado. La mañana siguiente antes de las 7 am se escuchaban puertas que abrían y cerraban por más de 2 horas cosa que no nos dejaron dormir y la tv no servía.Lo comentamos en recepción y pidieron que desocupáramos la habitación y ellos se encargarían de acomodarnos en otra en nuestra ausencia. Y pues fatal el cambio la nueva habitación aún más pequeña que la anterior. Y los ruidos de las puertas nunca se quitaron siempre a la misma hora 7 am o antes. No volvería a estar en el a pesar de la ubicación

Muy recomendable. Pasamos tres noches allí y la experiencia fue inmejorable. Empezando por las habitaciones que son preciosas y llevan minicocina en todas, que están perfectamente acondicionadas. El staffmuy simpático y nos atendieron fenomenal. La zona es tranquilísima y súper conectada, con oferta de todo y metro insultantemente cerca. Así que si volvemos repetiremos

El hotel era muy tranquilo. El staff de recepción fue muy amable y estuvo dispuesto en todo momento a ayudarnos con lo que necesitáramos. El barrio en el que se encuentra es inmejorable y fue un auténtico placer disfrutar de un paseo matutino por allí. Las habitaciones estaban muy bien equipadas.
