“O hotel é bom do ponto de vista da infraestrutura. Os quartos são espaçosos, aconchegantes e bem mobiliados. As 2 Piscinas são a melhor parte desta propriedade. Localização sábia é um bom local.No entanto, a equipe não é tão cortês, meio indiferente. Nenhuma satisfação do cliente.O restaurante é muito básico, com opções de menu muito limitadas, e o sabor não é tão impressionante.O buffet de café da manhã é um desperdício completo, sem variedade. Eles serviram exatamente o mesmo menu por 3 dias consecutivos.”

“El hotel se presta para más, aunque las habitaciones son espaciosas y agradables los demás complementos no están a la altura. A las 10 pm dejan de funcionar los ascensores y solo se pueden usar las escaleras y el servicio de su personal es bastante deplorable. Sugeriría buscar otra opción en Ao Nang.”
