“El registro fue fácil. El personal fue extremadamente servicial y me permitió registrarme temprano como a las 10 am. Llegué al hotel muy temprano y no quería esperar. Así que esto fue una gran ventaja. Luego fui a mi habitación. Las habitaciones estaban limpias, eran muy cómodas y el personal era rápido. Hicieron todo lo posible para ayudar a que mi estancia fuera agradable.En general, tuve una gran experiencia, el personal fue increíblemente servicial. La habitación era maravillosa, limpia y perfecta. Recomiendo encarecidamente este hotel a cualquiera que visite el área de Gajah Mada.”

“Bad receptionist, after waiting more than 2 hours, still didn’t get the room. And they said i need to wait for other 40 min.They don't care about the customers satisfaction,I told them that that if I didn’t get the room after 2 hours I will cancel the reservation. And without feeling guilty or try to fix the problem, they cancel my reservation right away. Never ever stay in this hotel again Bad service”
