Excellent stay. I came to Rio for my birthday, and decided on Pestana. I couldn't be more pleased with my selection. Centrally Located, In walking distance to leme, leblon, ipanema. They have a restaurant, which I didn't get to visit. The view from my balcony was amazing. They even sent a bottle of champagne, with a personal note to my room on my birthday. Next time in Rio, I will definitely stay at Pestana. Thank you for one of the best Birthdays I've ever had.

Eu amei a hospedagem.Toda estrutura é incrível.Gastronomia impecável, conforto das acomodações, vista privilegiada para o forte de Copacabana e pão de açúcar. Foi um prazer imensurável passar essa estadia. Um agradecimento especial ao Barman Wellington(se não me engano), Muito atencioso, educado e cordial. Apesar da grande demanda que estava tendo no bar, com as refeições e pedidos de dinks, ele fazia de tudo para servir com agilidade, e conseguiu!! Atendimento na recepção por um Homem (Claudio?) também foi impar. Esclarecendo todas as minhas duvidas no consumo. Muito obrigada.💫💫💫

Muito bom custo benefício. Piscina e bar no rooftop muito bons. Os preços do bar podiam ser mais acessíveis. A máquina de gelo do hotel estava quebrada. Toalhas novas. Café da manhã muito bom. Funcionários atenciosos. Não tinha devido de praia.

Além de ter que esperar 40min para a liberação do quarto, ainda fomos cobrados por pedir alguns pratos (vazio/só a louça), sendo que no momento que estava falando com o funcionário do hotel, em nenhum momento foi me passado essa cobrança, ainda passei pelo constrangimento do funcionário que trouxe os pratos e que me cobrou o valor, no qual tive que pagar no ato da entrega. Além disso, o banheiro não tinha secador e nem a tampa da banheira, tentei ligar por diversas vezes para recepção e ninguém atendia.

The hotel has been holding ilegal carnival and summer super crowded parties in the middle of the worst time of the pandemic and was closed by the state and federal police on more than one occasion. Besides not respecting the community and the health municipal laws, the hotel exposes their own guest and employees to this awful situation putting them on risk when the state hospitals are collapsing with no ICU available and lack of oxygen. Great location, stunning rooftop pool and view. The service was not fantastic however. We contacted the hotel 3 times before arriving to confirm they had a crib for us, then confirmed again at check-in. We got to the room, and sure enough, no crib. It arrived at 12:30 that night. Other problems included long lines for the only 2 working elevators, and getting charged for drinks we didn't order at the pool bar.

Está bien ubicado, sobre todo si vienes para año nuevo, pero la fiesta del hotel es privada y debes pagar adicional por ella. La atención es regular y no muy personalizada. La terraza es muy buena y tiene una vista maravillosa. Los ascensores sueles estar muy congestionado y tardas mucho en poder subir a uno.

El hotel es bueno pero la atención es pésima. Nos dieron una habitación más pequeña que la que contratamos. Agregaron 2 camas y no se podía caminar. Nos rompieron una valija y no se hicieron cargo. Hay que hacer fila para los ascensores. El wifi anda muy mal. No justifica el gasto de un hotel 4 estrellas.

Cómodo, limpio y con una ubicación perfecta para disfrutar de la playa, acceder a restaurantes, farmacia, locales comerciales y transporte publico (metro) En nuestra estadía tuvimos problemas con el aire acondicionado 1 día y con un ascensor en 1 ocasión. El personal es amable, el desayuno es variado, el comedor cuenta con mesas al interior y terraza.
