“The Marquette is centrally located and has a lovely aesthetic. The rooms are tastefully decorated. Unfortunately many of the amenities are currently closed because of Covid-19. The staff is also a bit standoff-ish. I’m a Hilton Gold Member and was not offered an upgrade nor told of any of my benefits.”

“Overall the hotel is quite nice, the location is super convenient and the rooms are quite comfy.
Pros
- Large rooms with large bathrooms

Cons
- AC in my room didn't work. I suffer from Hyperhydrosis and couldn't get my room cooled down.
- I took advantage of the "Park and Stay" but there was a ton of confusion as to how it worked. The garage attendant told me to go to the front desk, front desk said to go down to talk to the garage attendant.
- Customer service at the desk was lacking (other than Eugene) - they made me seem like I was annoying them.
- When you order food to be delivered, they make you come down to get it rather than having the delivery person bring it to your door. Defeats the safety purpose because you have to come into contact with even more people that way.”
