“La bañera no se escurría y el agua se llenaba hasta los tobillos. Debido a esto, dejó residuos de jabón haciéndolo muy resbaladizo y peligroso al día siguiente. Además, el ventilador del baño no funcionaba (no se encendía). En general le faltaba mantenimiento. En una nota positiva, el personal fue increíblemente amable.”
