Fui a un concierto a Quitó y por recomendaciónes vine a este hotel y me voy muy contenta por la atención en especial por Yadira en recepción quien se portó muy cordial ... recomiendo este hotel por su ubicación ,limpieza y buen servicio

🇧🇷 Definitivamente não é 5 estrelas como se auto intitula, portanto, não espere algo assim. Entretanto foi um dos melhores chuveiros que fui nos últimos tempos - bem quente, água bem forte e regulagem ótima que tem até massagem. Outra coisa que gostei muito - o café da manhã estava ótimo. Muitas opções, varias diferentes, sucos muito bons, pães quentes, etc etc etc. Gostei!

El personal de éste Hotel ha sido excepcional en todo momento. Viajo puntualmente a Quito por trabajo y tanto en la recepción, como en el servicio de café bar/restaurante, cómo en los servicios de room service, botones y en especial al personal que se ocupa de las habitaciones. Concretamente la persona que se ocupó ayer y hoy.Incluído el Director que me hizo llegar su feedback de agradecimiento. Todos muy atentos y profesionales.

Fui a Quito por trabajo y fue NH fue una muy buena elección. Las habitaciones son muy cómodas y amplias, el desayuno buffetes muy bueno y tienen opciones, el hotel está muy central y cerca a todo y la atención de cada uno de sus empleados fue lo que más me gustó siempre muy atentos para ayudarte con todo lo que necesites. Definitivamente volvería para mi próxima estancia en Quito.

Me sentí mal durante mi estancia en el hotel, por la altura en la que se encuentra Quito, nunca antes me había pasado, pero esta vez sí. Quería agradecer a todo el equipoque trabaja en el hotel, su trato, su calidad humana, su amabilidad, su implicación y preocupación, me sentí como en casa, de verdad GRACIAS por el cariño con el que me trataron, por todos los detalles que tuvieron conmigo, tienen un gran equipo trabajando! Son un 10! Ademas, se nota desde que cruzas la puerta del Lobby. Si tuviera que volver, no elegiría otro hotel! Totalmente recomendable!!

When on our way out, I put my bag down outside the hotel and walked away in the confusion. The security personnel kept my bag safe for me, when I needed it.

So much to say about this hotel!! I chose to stay at NH Collection because I had stayed in several other of their hotels in different countries mainly in Europe. But this NH Collection Quito Royal exceeded any and all of my expectations!!From the moment I arrived, the welcome I received was unmatched. After helping me settle in my suite, they took time to help me figure out what all I need to see and do. Yanira at the front desk was extremely helpful daily with any and all of my many questions and requests.I had forgotten my phone charger and Geovanny, also at the front desk offered me his personal charger for the duration of my stay. Although later on the hotel was able to provide me with one as well. Whenever I called Uber, Geovanny, Robert (Security) as well as Miguel all took time to jot down the license plate and speak with each driver briefly. If I wasn’t taking Uber, they were swift in arranging a hotel transportation for me anytime I needed one. They made me feel extremely protected and safe.Everyday Paulina took extreme care in cleaning my Suite and replenishing anything I needed. Each day I come back it was as though the room hadn’t been used. Everything was squeaky clean!I also met Carlos, the hotel director who introduced himself and asked me if everything was to my liking. Which of course more than that, as everything had exceeded my expectations. Carlos took great care in translating for me whenever I needed help communicating with a couple vendors over the phone. He also made excellent restaurant recommendations for me as well as taking time making reservations for me. I was so pleasantly surprised to also receive wine and cheese spread sent to my suite one of the days. And because of a late flight, I was also granted a late checkout which I truly appreciate.This hotel is run extremely well and seamlessly. I travel all over the world (Ecuador is my 54th country), and I wish everywhere I go they would have service as amazing as the one I received at NH Collection Quito!!!!Much thank you to everyone that made my stay amazing and most memorable. There is no where else I’ll stay when I visit Quito again in the future!!

Excellent hotel! Wonderful employees. They are absolutely serious about covid here. Very very clean rooms and hotel.The rooms are spacious and the breakfast was wonderful.Make sure to include the breakfast😁 Good job NH!

We spent a total of 6 nights at this hotel. From our check-in to check-out the courtesy and personal attention of the staff was amazing. When I mentioned that I liked the coffee at breakfast, a packet of the beans was delivered to my room as a gift. The breakfast buffet offered many choices, including omelets or eggs cooked to order and delivered to our table.
