Loved this hotel. Convenient 12 minute or so walk from the Hakata train station. There are so many restaurants and shops at Canal city which is part of the same complex. The room definitely had a "zen" feel to it and I felt very relaxed. The staff were very helpful, polite and friendly. the room service food was tasty as well

The building is very old and hasn't gone through any renovations over the years. Good location, but there are newer and better hotels around.
