“Grata surpresa! Difícil achar defeitos, a não ser na academia, que faltou aparelho para membros inferiores, tudo perfeito demais! Atendimento perfeito: cortês, educado, eficiente e sempre com sorrisono rosto. As pessoas querem realmente que você fique satisfeito. Uma única vez que estava meio perdida no saguão, apareceu uma funcionária do nada para me auxiliar. Não precisei procurar ninguém. É uma funcionária que fica pelo hotel justamente para saber a opinião dos hóspedes e auxiliá-los no que precisarem. Limpeza perfeita de todos os ambientes, quartos confortáveis, amenities bons e você pode pedir o que precisar. Inclusive tem um cardápio de travesseiros. Academia equipada com cybex (falta aparelhos para pernas). Spa masculino e feminino separados. Intimista na medida, com salas de massagem enormes e com chuveiro equipado com shampoo, condicionador e sabonete dentro dela. Todo o ambiente cheiroso e música relaxante. Jacuzzi com temperatura perfeita. A terapeuta Aman (muito simpática e sorridente) fez em mim a melhor massagem da minha vida! Café da manhã excelente: farto, com muitas opções e de qualidade. Restaurante e in room dining com cardápio bem variado, inclusive o kids menu(só neste, tem cerca de 15 opções de pratos). Apresentação dos pratos linda e ingredientes de qualidade. Drinks excelentes! 2 ATM. 6 elevadores. Piscina não é enorme, mas um tamanho bom e aquecida, no rooftop com vista ampla do nilo e com privacidade (não gosto quando todo o hotel pode olhar pra você na piscina). Enfim, fiquei fã. E olha que sou bem exigente.A equipe está de parabéns!”
