The NH Las Palmas Playa Las Canteras hotel is just steps from a golden-sand beach and the waters of the Atlantic Sea. And when you want a break from sunbathing, it’s an easy ride to the city center to visit the old districts of Vegueta and Triana, where you’ll find plenty of shops, restaurants and bars. There are 67 rooms here, all of them Standard. They’re clean and functional with muted colors and wooden floors. We don’t have a restaurant or bar, but guests can drink and dine at sister hotel NH Imperial Playa, a minute’s walk away. “Quarto que deixa muito a desejar para um NH, muito pequeno e com uma mini janela com vista para um pequeno pátio interior. O café da manhã não é servido no hotel, você tem que ir para outro NH que fica bem próximo mas tem que sair para a rua e andar 2 minutos, algo estranho, ainda por cima eles não avisam desse detalhe. O quarto com danos na porta do banheiro e som desagradável da cisterna. O melhor é que a localização é perfeita.”
