“1. Long time waiting during check-in and the key card is not yet ready. 2. Menu for the meals was not automatically given. Menu was requested through phone call. The menu did not arrive after one hour, another phone call was made and that is only the time the menu arrived. 3. Choices of food in the menu are the same in breakfast and choices in lunch and dinner are just being shuffled. 4. Late delivery in breakfast, lunch and dinner”
