“I guess I'm just used to American Hotels. This Radisson is 5-star rated, really?
First off, the staff here are fantastic! Everyone goes out of their way to assist.
The hotel is immaculate, and take Covid seriously, to an extreme.
Now the not-so-good;
We stayed in room 613. It had a balcony, which was nice.
There are no coffee makers in the room. ; ^ You have to go to restaurant or bar and purchase it.
The rooms are small. There is a half-wall off the balcony which makes the room seem even smaller.
The walls are stark white! It felt like a hospital room.
There is no artwork whatsoever.
The beds are average at best. In, fact they are bit wonky.
We had to ask for a hair dryer.
The pool area is very nice and the breakfast buffet is decent.
I would not stay here again.”
