I was very disappointed with my stay at this hotel. I accidentally dropped something on the floor and when I bent down to pick it up I happened to look under the bed. There was an empty soda bottle and a used face mask from a previous hotel guest under the bed. Doesn’t the housekeeping staff clean under the beds? I called the front desk twice and the phone rang and rang and no one ever answered the phone. Stayed 5 nights and room was not cleaned the first time until day 4. Room I thought was very small for the price. Totally unacceptable for a Marriott. Will not return

We stay here for my son birthday, This hotel is too dark at main entrance and lobby is all over black color and room also dark Iam not go back this hotel again website say room service everyday but when I check in thay tell me every other day, And vallet parking so expensive over night $ 51.

PARKING! They charge for parking $51 daily. So i parked my car on the street( ive got ticket). When i was checkign out i realized they charged me for 3 nights parking(even i didnt park). Make sure before you live they didnt charge you for parking. Beverly hills is crowded area its really hard to find parking place!!! Parking should be free!

Clean hotel with views, in a great location. I would prefer ventilation and more towel holders at the bathroom. Vallet at $51 maybe is a little too much but is fast. I would stay again!!

Achei a equipe simpática, mas inconsistente. Por um lado, eles trataram calmamente um cliente que reclamava sobre como esperava um serviço melhor porque era rico (ele mencionou claramente seu chapéu de US $ 2.000 🤠 Ele teve um ataque. 😂 Estou lhe dizendo que ao vê-lo parecia que eu estava no conjunto de uma comédia exagerada! 😂😂). Por outro lado, tentar conseguir toalhas, lavar panos delas todos os dias era como arrancar dentes. Sabíamos que não haveria limpeza diária, mas mesmo depois do dia 3 não limpamos os quartos. Alguém finalmente nos disse que eles não fazem limpeza aos domingos? A equipe de limpeza está de folga naquele dia, eu acho. Compreensível, mas alguém deve deixar isso claro com antecedência. Os quartos não eram super limpos para começar. Um dia eles estavam oferecendo garrafas de água geladas no nosso caminho no dia seguinte, quando pedimos algumas, tivemos que pagar por elas. A experiência não foi ótima ou terrível. Honestamente, se você está cobrando o preço total por um quarto e não faz a limpeza diária, por que se preocupar com algumas ¢ 25 garrafas de água?

I thought the staff was nice, but inconsistent. On one hand they calmly handled a customer who was ranting about how he expected better service because he was rich (He very pointedly mentioned his $2,000 hat 🤠 He threw such a fit. 😂 I'm telling you watching him felt like I was on the set of an over the top comedy! 😂😂). On the other hand trying to get towels, wash cloths each day from them was like pulling teeth. We knew there was to be no daily cleaning but even after day 3 we didn't get our rooms cleaned. Someone finally told us they don't do cleaning at all on Sundays? The cleaning staff is off that day I guess. Understandable but somebody should make that clear ahead of time. The rooms weren't super clean to begin with. One day they were nicely offering cold bottles of water on our way out the next day when we asked for some we had to pay for them. The experience wasn't great or terrible. Honestly, if you're charging full price for a room and not doing daily cleaning why be chintzy about a couple of ¢25 bottles of water?

Como membros do Marriott, sempre tentamos nos hospedar em suas propriedades. Este hotel estava convenientemente localizado perto de um centro médico que estávamos visitando. Localizado perto de lojas e restaurantes, é ótimo para os visitantes da cidade. O check-in foi fácil, a equipe foi amigável e o quarto era bom. Achei o hotel muito pouco iluminado e escuro. Talvez seja devido ao esquema de cores. O quarto era o mesmo. O banheiro era espaçoso, mas não tinha espelho de maquiagem como algumas propriedades que visitamos com o Marriott. Pressão da água e água quente foi ótima. Eles também fornecem toalhas amplas e nós apreciamos uma suíte que tinha um bar, frigobar e pia. Eu ia pedir serviço de quarto, mas não estava disponível em nossa visita. Você tem que usar um código QR no restaurante e esperar pela sua comida. Eu estava muito cansado da longa viagem, então não voltei para o saguão. Gostaria de ficar novamente, mas vou estar preparado e comer antes de chegar na próxima vez.

Un hotel cuyo máximo valor es su localización. Si eso es suficiente para ti o lo que buscas, el precio finalmente lo pagas tú.

As Marriott members we always try and stay at their properties. This hotel was conveniently located near a medical center we were visiting. Located near shopping and restaurants makes it great for the guests in town on a visit. The check in was easy, staff was friendly and the room was nice. I found the hotel to be very dimly lit and dark. Maybe it's due to the color scheme. The room was the same. The bathroom was spacious but didn't have a make up mirror like some properties we've visited with Marriott. Water pressure and hot water was great though. They also give you ample towels and we enjoyed a suite that had a bar, fridge and sink. I was going to order room service but it wasn't available on our visit. You have to use a QR code in the restaurant and wait for your food. I was too tired from the long drive so I didn't come back down to the lobby. I would stay again but I'll be prepared and eat before arriving next time.

Meus pais me visitaram recentemente e todos nós ficamos aqui. Foi perfeito! Excelente localização, a uma curta caminhada de lojas e restaurantes. Muito limpo, e os funcionários do hotel foram todos muito simpáticos. Questionado sobre a recepção se poderíamos obter um quarto mais próximo ao elevador e eles facilmente acomodados. Além disso, pude trazer meu Dachshund, Bagel, para ficar conosco e não tive que encontrar um canil para ela, então isso foi importante para nós! Eu gostaria que pudéssemos ter ficado mais uma semana, foi tão relaxante. Estamos definitivamente reservando novamente quando meus pais vierem em novembro!

My parents recently visited me and we all stayed here. It was perfect! Great location, walking distance to shops and restaurants. Very clean, and hotel staff were all very friendly. Asked front desk if we could get a room closest to elevator and they easily accommodated. Plus, I was able to bring my Dachshund, Bagel, to stay with us and didn't have to find a kennel for her so that was major for us! I wished we could've stayed a week longer, it was so relaxing. We're definitely booking again when my parents come in November!!

Estuve tres dias por mi ruta de l zona Oeste de EEUU, el hotel en si está muy bien ubicado en una zona muy tranquila y comunicada, las habitaciones son amplias limpias y una cama muy muy cómoda, debido a la zona donde está es caro al igual que todo lo que hay a su alrededor.No le doy más estrellas ya que al llegar en recepción si no sabes mucho español quién nos tocó no sabia (y tenia un nombre muy latino..) pero nos comentaron que en la zona de Los Angeles en los hoteles están obligados a saber dos idiomas y si por lo que sea no saben te buscan a un compañero pues llegamos no sabia no buscó a nadie y solo nos dio la tarjeta ni explicación del hotel ni mapa que le pedimos ni nada de nada... recomendable por limpieza y comodidad para el descanso, por zona hay varios asi que haria un pensamiento de buscar algún otro.
