The front desk was very helpful. The massage was one of the best ones I have ever had. The pool staff made sure our lounge towels were replaced after a rain so it was dry. Drinks and food were delicious. The grounds were beautiful and relaxing. Even the pool bathrooms were very clean. I wish I could take everyone home with me.”

Overall, the accomodations, service and food at Rosewood were excellent. The rooms were impeccable and the property was very well maintained. We even enjoyed a great guest cocktail party with local music and vendors. The only complaint was difficulty securing lounge chairs at the beach.

Also, my room (306) was in the hallway where everyone on the east walks by. Not the hotel's fault, but lots of very loud late night revelers walking by that woke me up. Anisca and Warren were oustanding Butlers. They were professional, extremely courteous, and thoughtful. They were so kind it made our trip even that much more exceptional. So much so that when we come back, we will request to engage with them again. The property is beautiful, clean, and very well-kept. The service from top to bottom was outstanding. We also had multiple experiences with staff management and cannot say enough about their professionalism and care for your experience. We also had wonderful service in the cabana area by the pool. We interacted with George, on multiple occasions, and he could not have been more professional and friendly. He’s a joy to be around and makes sure your every need is taken care of with a smile. From the time you enter the property to the time that you leave, it is clear, they want you to feel like a very special guest. We travel the US and abroad quite extensively and this is a rare find in today’s hotel industry indeed. Thank you so much Rosewood, you’ve just made repeat customers.

Our Stay at the Rosewood, Just a fantastic experience! Yes we had problems with check-in and some reservations. But you stay at a 5 star because of service. Mohamed and staff were unbelievable correcting all quickly. The staff was friendly and engaging, confirming our requests with a follow up call. From the Concierge to Jason poolside always had a smile and always ready to help. The restaurants a great foodie experience and special thank you to Cafe Boulud manager Arturo for going out of his way to make our stay a great experience. We have found a new home in Nassau!
