“Outstanding service here! We forgot to print the tickets for the show we were attending and the front desk gladly helped us out, printed them, and had them sent to the room. We had great help with our luggage from the valet and bellhop checking in, Paul and Juan are noted for their great hospitality. Had an awesome time at the bar with the DJ when we came back from the show. The one thing is that it is louder at this location but we were prepared for that and the only time it bugged us was trying to sleep in after being out late lol. We will definitely be back to this location!”

“It’s hard to rate a hotel based on a 3 day stay, but I just hoped things could be better here. I think it was a one off moment, and probably not indicative of their normal commitment to the guest, but it wasn’t great. There was a super sweet and helpful lady at the bar downstairs who had the most infectious personality, but a lot of the staff looked tired. Just hope everyone is doing okay with COVID and the impact on hospitality and tourism.”
