Local requintado e extremamente elegante. Os aperitivos são fantásticos, o serviço é incrível, o jantar é espetacular e você entra em outra dimensão de sabores e prazeres. Obviamente os preços não são baratos, mas o valor pelo dinheiro é muito bom.

Great hotel! Beautiful spa, spacious luxurious room. Wonderful attention to detail! We came here for our anniversary and the staff were very attentive adding special touches to make the experience memorable like a bottle of champagne, dessert, a card, rose petals and the bathtub filled. Excellent bar too! I highly recommend this hotel for its service and location. Amazing cleaning staff too! Just wow!

Large and clean rooms. Different configuration for different rooms, mine had the bathtub but a slightly angular layout for the bed area.
Service was friendlier and more helpful than most other hotels that I stayed around Italy. Proximity to luxurious shops was good. Definitely a great place to stay in if you are in Milan!

Combined with this extreme luxurious experience is mixed the good chance of meeting numerous celebrities that all also use the Mandarin Oriental hotels, the extravagantly luxurious rooms from the Deluxe room to the Presidential suite and a lot of guides to find the best and/or hidden gems of the city, from the chef's guide to the concierge's guide.This is one of the hotels that I would truly recommend to anyone that could afford it and to those who want to discover the ancient history of Milan and the reasons why it is the fashion capital of Europe while maintaining the demanding desire of the most exclusive form of luxury.

Location is a couple mins to Duomo and new Apple store and tons of shopping around. Spa is great , service is good, rooms typical mandarin style. Rooms with balcony doesn’t really have space to stand on. Junior suite has a big private terrace.

Beautiful hotel with excellent service from all the staff working here. Great dining experience at the Chef's table. Unbeatable hospitality. Beautiful decor. Came here for lunch and dinner. No complaints. Would definitely come back again when in Milan!
