“VERY DISAPPOINTED!! I’m a huge advocate for Marriott. However, this stay left me feeling very disappointed. For starters, the check in process was extremely long and tiresome. None of the rooms were ready. Housekeeping was quite behind and my room wasn’t ready for hours after I got there. The lines were insane and if you got to go to your room, but had issues, you had to stand back in line to talk to someone. Our keypad wasn’t working and an engineer was supposed to come fix it, they never did.We were there for 4 days. We had NO WATER in our shower for the last 3 days. There was also little to no water pressure in our sink. There was no hot water also. Also there was no change in towels. I requested extra towels and never got them. Bathrooms and rooms were quite small. Nothing special about them at all. The valet/lobby area were probably the nicest areas in the hotel.The bar and theirstaff were the best people and the best thing the hotel had to offer. They were accommodating and worked with us.After all, I will never be back. Quite frankly, for the price, I’ve stayed at nicer hotels that were cheaper for a longer period. This hotel definitely tarnished the Marriott brand in my eyes. They have a lot of things that need to be fixed.”
