“What happened to your rooftop bar? Sorry, we loved your hotel actually. But this "improvement" completely screwed our experience, very very much. The rooftop bar was a reason to return to this hotel. Now it's a reason to not come back again. 2 years ago it was a very chilling place with own DJ, cool music, amazing place. Now it's disaster.
The music doesn't have to be super-cool, it just needs to be chilling, not disturbing. Now there is extremely disturbing, loud live music EVERY DAY. I guess it's a way how to attract new customers during Covid. I understand your intention, but sorry we really don't like it and it's a reason why we won't come back.”
