“It all started with the doormen. We were checking late and had a great welcome. What a nice men. Polite, helpful, dedicated and a great salesman… sold us on the breakfast in no time. He was also very helpful with my son who had gotten lost. The hotel is great, rooms are nice and service top notch. Loved it!”

“Stayed here last night for one night as we (myself & my 10 yr old) as we had Theatre ticket's for the Hippodrome.
Location is perfect, not just for the theatre which is about a 5 to 10 minute walk max, but also for finding places to eat as well & not that far from New Street Train Station, also now known as Grand Central Station
Not stayed here before, but I can definitely say we will be returning.
Our room was really big, the bed was super comfy & the room was spotlessly clean.
Every member of staff we saw or spoke to, nothing was too much for them, from Reception, Bar Person. Breakfast staff. Thank you for making our stay a very enjoyable one!!”
