o hotel é maravilhoso, o atendimento muito bom, educado e ágil, as áreas comuns são muito bem decoradas, tem muitas lojas bares e restaurantes, as piscinas são muito boas e o atendimento na piscina é muito bom também. Não leva 5 estrelas em virtude do preço absurdo das bebidas e comidas, para um hotel casino que fatura com várias outras coisas, não é necessário este preço abusivo como 50 dólares um balde com 5 cervejas...

Em Las Vegas se possível escolha ficar em um dos dois hotéis Wynn ou Encore, são em minha opinião os melhores e mais modernos, o cassino é muito bonito quem quem balada aproveita a noite e só pegar o elevador já está no quarto, mas veja em site de hospedagem. Em Las Vegas recomendo ficar 2 a 3 dias em cada hotel e conhecer a região do hotel e mudar para outro

I felt very safe with your mask policy and the security reminding people to mask up was great. Also, just like two years ago, my suite was perfect. Maid service was excellent...my suite was spotless and well stocked. In addition, after a long day, taking the perfect hot shower...your bathrobes are pure bliss. As always, my stay was perfect.

We arrived at the hotel and had no access to the electronic benefits in the room. The bell hop reported it. We left for a bit and when we returned, still not remedied. We reported it and were asked to "be patient." The next day, we were out for about 6 hours. No housekeeping and no electric issue remedied.We never received housekeeping or remedy to the electric issue.BUT, if you can afford the splurge to play golf at the Wynn Golf Club, DO IT! I felt like I met up with my family to play golf, but it was the employees. They were so spectacular! As it was our parting event, it made me feel so good about my choice to play and stay there.Just such an exceptional experience in the golf club.

Make sure to use Hᴏᴛᴇʟʙᴜʟʟʏ.ᴄᴏᴍ when booking any place. This site will compare hundreds of booking web sites and normally will have rooms a lot cheaper than others! Thank me later! This place is one of the highest rated in the area. I have been coming here for a very long time. If you choose this place you definitely will love it I'm sure!Amazing place to stay. The Encore casino was definitely quieter and more low key than the Wynn casino, but both are equally fun depending on what you are looking for at any given time. Classy experience. Amazing clientele. Was a blast.

The ambiance of the Encore was absolutely amazing. I had the opportunity to use my Amex Platinum benefits for a room upgrade and the staff was absolutely gracious. The room was very clean, view was amazing and breakfast corresponded with the decorum of the hotel. This was my very first stay at the Wynn, in which I typically stay at the Cosmopolitan; however, I think I have just found my new favorite hotel. Again, I posted on my social media and encouraged my peers to seek out the Wynn Encore on their next visit because I truly loved the experience that much.

Great resort, super cool amenities and amazing staff. We enjoyed every night at this amazing hotel. We had a high level room that has a great view on the strip. As for food. It was one of the best places we ate in Vegas. You should try red8, the buffet, and many more. You should also try the gelato at the Cafe.

The Wynn and Encore are my absolute favorite hotels in Vegas and probably the only places I would stay. Everything is so well done and the service is almost perfect across the board. It is always kept spotlessly clean, the rooms are very nice, the food is fantastic and there are great shops.

I had a great time at the Encore. The staff was very friendly (front desk, housekeeping, restaurants) and the hotel was clean and well equipped. The # of restaurants was nice and the food and drinks were good. I also loved the dueling pianos. Will definitely return.

My wife and I really enjoyed our stay at the Encore Suites. Due to being American Express Platinum cardholder, we received complimentary upgrade to the room. We also received complimentary breakfast worth $30 per person.We went to the Wynn buffet brunch at $55 per person. We got a really good surprise when checking out that the unused $100 credit for spa was used to apply toward the buffet, so the whole buffet for both of us was free. Both checking in and checking out were easy, room was very spacious, with good view of the strip.The only reason I rated a 9 and not a 10 is due to no complimentary water.Other hotels provide a couple of bottles of water, but I had to buy from the hotel store at $5.50 per bottle. Will definitely stay at the Encore Suites again!

I have stayed at the Encore numerous times in the past. This past weekend was a disappointment. The Encore used to be an "upscale" hotel where guests were treated with more attention. Encore has lost its luster. No longer a higher end experience. I can see no difference between the Wynn and Encore side of the hotel. Endless waits to check in, grab breakfast, or just buy a simple coffee is now the norm, it was not like that in previous years past. Hopefully, the Encore will find its way back to what made it an exceptional hotel in the past. It is due for a refresh for sure. Thank goodness for your above average and exceptional restaurants, without that it would have been a total loss.

From the check in desk, to the pit bosses, cocktail waitresses, and dealers. Everyone is always a pleasure working with. We used to stay at Aria due to their service, which has quickly gone down hill. Judy, the night pit boss made it very welcoming, along with her staff she manages. We absolutely love the Wynn resorts and will always be loyal customers. Thank you for providing such a great resort for our vacations!

Our one reason to visit Las Vegas is to stay at the Encore or Wynn. The superior accommodations, the helpful staff, the uplifting quality of the patrons, the dining offerings, the positive and fun environment combined with the laughter of patrons come to mind. Also, the wonderful customer service in making the reservation, especially with a lady named Rosie, and the helpful agents at the reception desk. While in Las Vegas, my mind wonders with thought of when may I return. Thank you, Encore and Wynn. In addition to above, I want to thank your lost and found and security measures. I left a cardigan sweater in the casino and was able to retrieve the next day. So happy and pleased. Also, my adult non-ambulatory son fell when transferring from his scooter. Encore Security responded immediately and called EMT who so wonderfully helped him back into his scooter. There are no words to adequately thank you for all of the above.

We have been to the Wynn 1-15 times over the last few years... We enjoy the property etc... However we do have people come with us that like to gamble but cant afford the 50.00 minimum tables across the board... I know you are an upscale location but sometimes individuals just want take a few hundred and play a few minutes but with the minimum at 50.00 you are losing players and probably customers zero of zero is zero.. Open up more tables and take the easy laying fruit.. Don't be greedy.. Let everyone have a great experience...

I really felt special and comfortable. All interactions with staff were topnotch. The staff checked on me and had a smile when we spoke. I am an unassuming looking older woman and I was never overlooked. The room was clean, comfortable and nicely appointed. The playing floor and restrooms were SPOTLESS. I really felt safe during these crazy pandemic times.

We enjoyed an absolutely stunning stay with Encore at Wynn Las Vegas. Everything from the luxurious rooms to the dining experiences were simply perfect! Amazing shops, fun casinos, and perfect staff made our stay perfect. Absolutely loved dining at SW Steakhouse, Sinatra, and Jardin. A truly great getaway!

Incredibly large rooms — way more space than you’ll ever need for two. Double vanity set up in the bathroom with both shower and tub. Super clean and modern feel. Tower Suite lobby is a lot less crowded and the room service breakfast is lovely — I recommend the upgrade. Team here was so accommodating of all our requests. They helped coordinate getting one of the specialty cakes from one of the Wynn restaurants room-serviced to us.

Great atmosphere. Huge selection of gaming's tables and slots to choose from. Great sports book area, nice clean suits. Food is good a bit pricey a late night snack costs you 50 bucks to get a soup and sandwich for 2. Reasonable shops and restaurants right across the street. Overall great experience.

Encore is the best hotel on the strip. It’s the cleanest, least seedy, least grungy hotel and casino. I’ve been too and I’ve seen most of them on the strip. The food options are superb and the hotel amenities are 5 star. The rooms are huge and offer both amazing views of the city and the desert far off in the distance. The pool has an adults only section which we really enjoyed as well. I would stay here every time I come back to Vegas. The layout of the lobby forces you to walk threw the gaming area every time you come and go to your room. As someone who doesn’t gamble after a couple of days I found it to be a bit tiresome. If the hotel casino had its own floor away from the lobby I would be a 5 star for me. Every hotel with a casino is like this so it’s a very small criticism and I’d pick 4.9 stars if I could. Thanks Encore for making my trips to Vegas such a great experience.
