“Sadly, my experience with the spa has been one of in consistency. Incapable staff in the spa and front desk. No English spoken, making it impossible to navigate the hotel and services as well

No managers are EVER available to resolve issues in the hotel or spa. Very sad :-(
UPDATE: after receiving a response from Reef I sent an email, as retested. As usual for this establishment, NO RESPONSE!

“Do not book this resort! I didn’t even make it to stay there because they are so rude. I booked a room and never received a confirmation email or anything. Then when my sister and I called to ask questions. They either don’t answer the phone or when they do. They transfer you without warning and then hang up in your face. I’ve called 5 times. The young lady took a deep sigh and transferred me again. I still haven’t received any type of confirmation emails of my booking or cancellations. If their customer service is this poor I do NOT want to stay there.”
