“I have been to San Antonio many times, but this has been the best hotel service I have ever experienced. From valet parking, to having drinks at the bar, (the bartenders and drinks were amazing), to the check in process at the front desk, everything was excellent! The location is perfect, the rooms were clean, & the staff was so friendly. This will be my hotel of preference from now on. Thank you, Canopy, for a great stay. Book with confidence!!”

“Ok, pensé que me estaba quedando en un hotel de 4 estrellas, comencemos por ahí. Pagué más de $ 270 por una noche. Lo primero que me dice la señora es una tontería sobre mi reserva (que se hizo con mucha anticipación). Termino en una habitación directamente enfrente de la construcción que estuvo en curso durante toda la estadía. Simplemente martilleando y golpeando toda la mañana y todo el día. La peor parte fueron los cargos fraudulentos añadidos a mi habitación por más de $ 200 ... este lugar es, de lejos, el peor hotel en el que me he alojado. He estado hablando por teléfono durante horas discutiendo los hechos en vano. Gasta tu dinero duramente ganado en otra parte”
