A dream come true property, this is what service is all about. The team at the Fairmont Heritage Place will delight your soul. Outstanding 5 star experience. The service was impeccable from all staff members. Initially, we only booked for a 2 week stay and kept extending, for another 5 months while we were remodeling our home. We stayed in a beautiful 2 bedroom suite with high end amenities, including a full kitchen and washer and dryer in every residence, which is very difficult to find in San Francisco. Along with my family being extremely happy with our stay, our dog had a fabulous time as well, as they are pet friendly and supplied him with a dog bed, dog bowls, and dog treats. The doorman loved to give him treats as we would come and go. Besides staying in luxury, you are in a prime and safe location, just upstairs from Ghirardelli Square. You are also in close walking distance from Fisherman’s Wharf, North Beach, Fort Mason, and the Marina District. The Mustard Terrace was our favorite part of the hotel. It has spectacular views of Alcatraz, the bay and the world’s famous Ghirardelli sign above. We loved hanging out on the comfy outdoor couches by the fire pit, day or night. The hotel also offers a complimentary generous wine and cheese hour every Wednesday and Friday which was a wonderful perk. We can’t thank the entire staff enough who went out of their way to make our stay feel like home. I can honestly say, the staff treated everyone like family! A few of them are Marco, Stephen, Aziz, Ryan, YuMi, Jean, Jason, Jeff, Asim, Lucia, Michelle, Johnson, Byron, The housekeeping team, Dallas, Karina, and Sarah. And of course the managers Jonathan, Dan, and Jessica.

We stayed here for two nights to do typical tourist things around San Francisco. My family and I loved it! We were four adults (one couple, two singles) and the 2 bedroom apartment was plenty big enough with 2 beds and the sofabed. Everything was clean and comfortable. We had a "city view" which faced Polk, but we could still see a bit of the bay. We also enjoyed the lounge areas outside with fire pits - although we couldn't figure out how to start the fire pit on the second floor. The staff and service were great - everyone was friendly, we never once had to open the hotel's main door, and we had someone check-in with us every day via text message. There were only three cons IMO: 1. We got lost when first checking in! The main entrance is on North Point/Polk. You cannot access the lobby from Ghirardelli Square until you've checked in. 2. I wish the hotel room had some snacks. For only two nights, we had a fridge/stove/oven, but no food! If we were staying for longer, we definitely would have grocery shopped. 3. During our second night (Sunday night), there was some street noise that was very loud and woke us up. I think it was trash trucks. In general the room had good noise insulation, but for some reason these trucks were LOUD!

Este lugar está situado na água perto de tudo. É na praça Ghirardelli e a poucos minutos a pé do Pier 39. Há toneladas de lojas, restaurantes, atrações, a uma curta distância. A Lombard Street fica a cerca de 15 minutos a pé. O serviço é de classe mundial, e um hotel muito limpo. Altamente recomendado e com certeza ficaria aqui novamente

Este lugar foi INCRÍVEL. O serviço foi excelente. Todos muito simpáticos. Lindo condomínio, lareira, quarto principal era o que os sonhos são feitos. Café grátis no salão. Máquina de água filtrada com ph balanceado para garrafas de água recarregáveis. Definitivamente um deve ficar. Oh e lojas e restaurantes em construção e a uma curta caminhada do cais e muito mais.

This place is situated right on the water near everything. It's in Ghirardelli square and a few minutes walk to Pier 39. There's tons of shopping, restaurants, attractions, within walking distance. Lombard Street is about a 15 minute walk. The service is world class, and a very clean hotel. Highly recommended and would definitely stay here again

This place was AMAZING. Service was excellent. Everyone very friendly. Beautiful condo, fireplace, master bedroom was what dreams are made of. Free coffee in lounge. Filtered ph balanced water machine for refillable water bottles. Definitely a must stay. Oh and shopping and restaurants in building and a short walk away from pier and much more.

Apartments were spacious and beautifully decorated. Service was excellent. Many amenities and easy check in. Great location and very friendly staff. Provided for every need. Wine and cheese night was a special treat.

I took my elderly parents to SFO for the annual Airshow and we stayed at a two bed residence at Fairmont Heritage. It was lovely and we loved how spacious the unit is. Also the services were impeccable. Housekeeping staff even emptied our coffee grinds. The unit has well equipped kitchen and we made our own breakfast everyday which is very convenient. The concierge, front desk and bell staffs were very friendly and helpful. We felt very welcoming and being taken care of at this hotel. Thank you everyone!

Excelente base em San Fran. Perto do meu restaurante favorito de frutos do mar no Pier. Friendly welcome, quarto confortável. O que pedir mais. Nada a ver com cadeias de hotéis! Autêntico, é verdade! Eu amo essa cidade !!

We were just at this place tonight 6/20/21 for a party hosted by a friend from out of town and was checked in in one of the two bedroom suites.It was fun and the view in their room was amazing, until it was time to go home. We parked at the Ghiradhelli square parking garage so we thought they might validate for parking. We exited thru the stairs which led directly to the square so we have to go around and enter thru the front door to get to the lobby. When we got there, a staff opened the door and I asked him if they validate for parking, he said yes and for us to wait, at the same time another staff (front desk) came running to ask if we were checking in, we said no and we asked him the same thing. He looked at us and said no they don’t validate for parking for non-guests and non-owners. So okay we left, but as we were walking out, I thought, but we were guests,(he probably thought were not because we came from the outside and entered thru the lobby) so we went back but I was already fuming. I tried to explain that we were guests at one of the rooms and asked again if they validate, he looked at me like I was crazy and mockingly (which made me angrier) told me that they don’t even have a machine to do it and gestured behind him, which made me realize that there’s no point talking to him anymore, it looks like he may even call the cops on me. My point is he could have told me they don’t validate period, end of story, from the very beginning but saying that they do it only for guests and owners then changing his story when I said we were guests was just rude and prejudiced.

What you sacrifice in the convenience of hotel services (and F&B), you make back in generously-sized suites and a friendly staff. Good location at its eponymous square.

Just a wonderfully amazing historic experience... From it being converted into separate living quarters from the old Ghirardelli factory (I believe) but still having a world of its own with all those fun little shops on the property. Had the most fun trying to find an alternative way out of there without having to go threw the lobby was not only a maze of its own but was real challenging & at the same time Fun... (although I was extremely late & missed my extremely late night/ early morning meet) Just want to say that the staff was my all time favorite part of the Fajrmont Experience... So welcoming, accommodating, etc... They so make it so worth every penny spent...

Worst place to stay! Single residences do not have bathtub! Beds are not comfortable at all just make sure you book! Not a good value for money! Customer service is awful.

We had another wonderful visit to this hotel this time with a full park view. Thank you for the upgrade! We love staying here whenever we come to have a vacation. It is a perfect location for us. Near museums and everything we want to do is within walking distance. We will come back and recommend the hotel to my friends and family.

Las residencias son espectaculares y la atencion y el servicio desde gerencia hasta laborantes es sumamente excelente. Hemos disfrutado mucho de las vistas, los desayunos, y la distancia tan corta a Fisherman's Wharf.

El famoso sundae, no vale la pena!!! Y además es carísimo!!! Los chocolates están bien.
