Buena ubicación, cuartos limpios y modernos. El staff muy educado en su mayoría asiáticos con servicio y amigables. Todas sus áreas exteriores en buen estado, estacionamiento de $34 dólares algo caro, nunca vi servicio de valet parking.Lo bueno: la ubicación, en una de las mejores zonas de San Diego. Muy cerca de centros comerciales, restaurantes y carreteras. Las habitaciones cuentan con todo lo necesario para una linda estancia. Las habitaciones con balcones, baños limpios, coffee maker. El servicio de internet sin costo alguno si eres miembro Bonvoy.Lo malo: el piso 4 olía extremadamente MAL…! A mucha humedad y cuando lo reportamos no supieron decir por que. Las camas son bastante incómodas, creo que hace falta renovar los colchones. Las habitaciones no tienen un closet, solo un espacio para colgar ropa dentro del baño. Muy incomoda esta parte….

Excelente estabelecimento Marriott e bem conservado. Todos os funcionários muito simpáticos e prestativos. Nice áreas comuns e muitos.lugares para sentar e relaxar em toda a propriedade. Piscina foi nice com muitas cadeiras, toalhas e foi muito limpos. A equipe da recepção, incluindo o gerente, foi extremamente flexível comigo e muito profissional. Cheguei muito cedo pela manhã e não esperava poder fazer o check-in, mas apenas pedi para poder fazer o check-in sempre que tivessem algo disponível. Eles foram tão complacentes e realmente encontraram um quarto dentro de uma hora por volta das 10h. Incrível!! Grande coisa é que este Marriott tinha o lounge Elite aberto e bem abastecido com bebidas e lanches. Café da manhã complementar diário também. O toque agradável foi um bar com gás no lounge com máquina de café e chá também. Apenas negativo aqui é os quartos têm pisos de madeira que não são mantidos limpos. Não tenho certeza se eles não têm os aspiradores de pó corretos ou o quê, mas o chão tinha cabelo de outras pessoas em todo o lugar. Foi bem nojento na verdade e minhas meias estavam cobertas de detritos do chão. As paredes tinham sangue respingado nelas. também. Tapetes de pelo baixo são uma opção melhor e mais fácil de aspirar usando o aspirador vertical que eles usam. De qualquer forma, eu ainda recomendaria este hotel, mas apenas cuidado que você deve usar chinelos ou ficar de pé o tempo todo no quarto, a menos que queira o cabelo de outras pessoas em seus pés!

Excellent Marriott property and well maintained. All staff very friendly and helpful. Nice common areas and lots of.places to sit and relax throughout the property. Pool was nice with plenty of chairs, towels and was very clean. Front desk staff including the manager were extremely accommodating to me and very professional. I arrived very early in the morning and didn't expect to be able to check in, but just asked to be able to check in whenever they had something available. They were so accommodating and actually found a room within the hour around 10am. Awesome!! Great thing is this Marriott had the Elite lounge open and well stocked drinks and snacks. Complementary breakfast daily as well. Nice touch was a seltzer bar in the lounge with coffee and tea machine as well. Only negative here is the rooms have hardwood floors that are not kept clean. Not sure if they don't have the correct vacuum cleaners or what, but the floors had other people's hair all over the place. It was pretty gross actually and my socks were covered with debris from the floor. Walls had blood splattered on them.as well. Low pile rugs are a better option and easier to vacuum using the upright vacuum they use. Anyway, I would still recommend this hotel, but just beware that you must wear slippers or setting on your feet at all times in the room unless you want other people's hair on your feet!

Nossa estadia foi boa e poderia ter sido melhor por 5 estrelas Aqui estão algumas coisas que podem ser melhoradas: - nenhum serviço de quarto é feito mesmo após a solicitação com um dia de antecedência. Foi feito mais tarde, quando voltamos e tivemos que ligar para a recepção várias vezes - após o serviço de quarto, os suprimentos de café não foram reabastecidos - óculos usados não foram substituídos - o lixo da lixeira não foi removido - sem cadeiras na varanda - por último, não é um disjuntor, mas uma banheira de hidromassagem ao redor da piscina estava faltando

Our stay was good and could have been better for 5 stars Here are few things that can be improved: - no room service done even after requesting a day in advance. It was done later after when we came back and had to call front desk multiple times - after room service was done, coffee supplies were not refilled - used glasses were not replaced - trash from the bin was not removed - no chairs in the balcony - lastly not a deal breaker but a hot tub around the pool was missing

Ficamos aqui pela primeira vez no último fim de semana e ficamos muito agradavelmente surpresos com o quanto adoramos. Os quartos eram limpos e ótimos. A equipe foi super simpática! Enquanto tomamos café da manhã lá, alguns membros da equipe realmente se destacaram. Fomos recebidos por Dee e vimos como ela conversou e garantiu que todos os convidados estivessem felizes e desfrutando de suas refeições. Nosso servidor foi JC e ele foi excelente. Não vamos esquecer a recepção também. Todos foram super prestativos. Principalmente Ana! Voltaremos muito em breve!!!

Stayed at this location many times for work. Staff was incredibly friendly and helpful. Clean rooms and amenities. There was period of time where I spent more nights here than any other place than my actual home. Excellent hotel

We stayed here for the first time last weekend and we were very pleasantly surprised how much we loved it. The rooms were clean and great. The staff was super friendly! While we ate breakfast there, a couple of the staff members really stood out. We were greeted by Dee and we watched as she chatted and made sure all the guests were happy and enjoying their meals. Our server was JC and he was excellent. Let’s not forget the front desk either. They were all super helpful. Especially Anna! We will be coming back very soon!!!

Upon arrival the experience lives up to the Marriott brand, including the entrance, the lobby, the restaurant, the pool. The room was quiet and clean but I'd expect a tad better from a hotel of this calibre. No complaints, and I would recommend this place without hesitation.

Amazing service and amazing breakfast buffet! The housekeeping staff were always friendly and helpful. Only complaint are the elevators. One of them was out of service which resulted in a lot more people cramming into one elevator and increased wait times.

Viemos aqui para férias em família em San Diego! Nós amamos nossa estadia aqui! Os quartos eram bonitos e limpos. Eles refrescaram o quarto diariamente e até colocaram nossos filhos abafados em seu lado da cama! Toque fofo! O restaurante foi incrível! Um delicioso brunch fresco diário foi incluído em nossa estadia e a equipe de garçons não poderia ter sido melhor! A localização era absolutamente perfeita. Estávamos a uma curta distância de carro de penhascos ao pôr do sol, pequena Itália, Sea World, balboa park/zoológico de San Diego e Seaport Village! Nós com certeza ficaríamos aqui novamente!

We came here for a family vacation to San Diego! We loved our stay here! The rooms were beautiful and clean. They refreshed the room daily and even put our sons stuffy on his side of the bed! Cute touch! The restaurant was amazing! A delicious daily fresh brunch was included with our stay and the wait staff couldn’t have been nicer! The location was absolutely perfect. We were a short drive to sunset cliffs, little italy, Sea World, balboa park/San Diego zoo, and Seaport Village! We would absolutely stay here again!

Como membro do Marriott Ambassador, esta é uma das piores experiências que tive na Marriott Brands. Reconhecimento absoluto ZERO da minha associação elite e não forneceu nenhum upgrade de quarto. Além disso, o quarto estava sujo e o chão estava pegajoso. Mencionei isso na recepção e ninguém se importou com isso (ninguém apareceu para limpar o chão ou se oferecer para mudar para um quarto). A única coisa boa sobre este hotel é o café da manhã, o café da manhã era muito bom e você pode jantar ao lado da piscina. Mas eu não vou voltar a este lugar novamente.

As a Marriott Ambassador member, this is one of the worst experiences I have had at Marriott Brands. Absolute ZERO recognition of my elite membership, and didn't provide any room upgrades. Moreover, the room was dirty and the floor was sticky. I mentioned this to the front desk and no one cared about it (No one showed up to clean the floor or offer to change to a room). The only thing good about this hotel is the breakfast, the breakfast was pretty good and you can dine next to the pool. But I'm not coming back to this place again.

Los cuartos muy bonitos, recién remodelados... Escogi este hotel porque la alberca se veía muy bonita en las fotos pero la realidad es que ni siquiera me pude meter porque el agua estaba fría, ademas de que el piso y los echaderos muy sucios.

Hotel en instalaciones bien, pero, molesto por que al llegar dejé una tarjeta de crédito como deposito, al hacer check out, pagé en efectivo. A los 10 días el hotel hizo cargo a mi tarjeta de crédito por segunda vez, hasta hoy, me dicen que ellos no tomaron el dinero. Prácticamente pagué dos veces una habitación.El gerente nunca da la cara ni habla con los huéspedes :/
