“No geral, não é a melhor experiência. Reservamos uma suíte King, mas conseguimos um estúdio Queen. Os painéis do lado do chuveiro/banheira caíram no chão. Havia mofo/mofo nos azulejos. Muito ar nas linhas de água. Compreendo os preços do resort, mas pelo que pagamos, deveríamos pelo menos ter vista para o mar. A cama era dura e tinha manchas. As cortinas de privacidade não fechavam completamente, deixando um espaço de três polegadas entre elas.Pontos positivos: As piscinas são boas e parecem limpas. Muitos elevadores. A equipe foi cortês. Bem na praia. Restaurante no local. A uma curta distância de hotéis mais agradáveis.”

“Gosto muito do ambiente do hotel, a piscina interior e exterior é fantástica, especialmente a área das crianças. Eu gosto da localização do hotel com todos os restaurantes e lojas. Em geral, o hotel em si é muito bom, e bastante limpo. No entanto, o chuveiro tinha uma pressão de água muito alta, o que pode ser bastante irritante para a pele e a haste da cortina sendo curvada deixava muita água no chão, não importa o quão cuidadoso você tentasse ser. Eu notei uma parte úmida da parede entre a moldura da porta e a borda do chuveiro e você poderia facilmente fazer um buraco na parede. Eu também mal me senti confortável em permitir que meus 2 bebês tomassem banho na banheira, porque posso garantir que esses jatos de jacuzzi não sejam limpos e higienizados regularmente. Quanto ao barulho, eu diria que não era ruim até cerca de 2 dias antes de conferir uma festa não muito acima de nós estava explodindo uma base pesada loucamente alta até cerca de 3 da manhã. O que era irritante, especialmente porque a equipe do hotel não parecia se importar em fazer nada. Foi uma pena que não recebemos a manutenção típica da casa (chegando para refrescar e substituir a roupa de cama, aspirar, reabastecer etc.), bem como nenhum serviço de manobrista no momento. A equipe foi sempre simpática e prestativa. No geral, apreciamos a nossa estadia e consideraríamos voltar.”
