Não é o melhor hotel Best Western. Tapetes precisa de uma grande limpeza. Os pés estavam pretos depois de andar descalço no meu quarto. Night manager não a pessoa mais amigável quando perguntas foram feitas a ele (e não apenas de mim). Agiu como se quisesse passar mais tempo em seu celular do que trabalhar. . Pequeno almoço médio de BW.

Limpio, son amables y hotel accesible

The rooms were clean and comfortable. The only issue I had was that some of the staff can be a little rude. And Ilits been more than 2 weeks and I still haven't gotten my deposit back in my card.

No one was behind the counter for at least six hours, leaving myself and several other unlucky people stranded outside of their rooms and unable to check in. Had to scramble to find another hotel nearby after an already tiring day and spend more money to get another room. Absolutely unacceptable and disappointing since Best Western is the hotel I usually chose. Definitely going to keep this event in mind the next time I travel.

It wasn’t terrible! It wasn’t the best night of my life, but it was clean and had everything I needed to have a good night’s sleep. If nothing else, you know what you’re getting with a Best Western, and this place is no exception.

Pésimo servicio por parte de recepcionista IGNAZIO , la habitación no tenía aire acondicionado y el me gritó diciendo que no había habitaciones y que no podía hacer nada.Ignacio pésimo en su trabajo

This location is an EXCELLENT choice when traveling to or near Fort Lauderdale. They are very conveniently located on State road 84, also known as Marina Mile. It's very easy to enter and exit the property. There are many places to eat in shop and the shopping plaza directly next door. This property has been refreshed and the rooms are nicely appointed. My room, a double queen, have a small refrigerator, microwave, coffee maker, very nice wall mounted TV, picture and dedk area with 20 of available electrical outlets. The bathroom was nicely appointed with a great shower head. Plenty of hot water what's was available. Everything was nice, clean and in working order. The air conditioning worked well and the South Florida heat and humidity. Their staff was friendly and welcoming. They understood my needs and work to accommodate me. I HIGHLY RECOMMEND THIS LOCATION....

BEDBUGS!!!! Be aware. The room I stayed at 118, has bedbugs. 5 days later I am still itching. The room itself was great. Same for the bathroom. Front desk guy wasn't wearing any facemask.

Muy cerca del aeropuerto, en un lugar tranquilo,las instalaciones se encuentran bien, cuartos grandes y cómodos, no hay bulla, desayuno tipo buffet, el personal es discreto, y la piscina la mantienes limpia y la n puedes usar sin que este mucha gente, al menos así me pasó cuando estuve alli.

Las habitaciones muy confortables, la atención 10/10, en general todo muy bien, va muy bien para una buena estancia, y a solo 20 min de SawGrass Mall. 10/10
