“The staff are very nice. The room was the correct ADA room I requested. When I checked in, a man saw me drop my cane and bags and he rushed over to help me. His name was Sam. He helped me again during my stay. Front desk night person was super nice. Hotels was being renovated but they cut if off at 5pm.”

“They arespending money on refreshing the rooms, yet they are not being maintained once refreshed/upgraded (I stayed in 420).The problem falls on housekeeping for doing a poor job, and management for not inspecting.New carpet is very dirty and the bathroom had stains on the wall (I wiped up several myself because they were so gross).The bathroom shower and ceiling need work too. Hotel could easily do better if housekeeping and management would engage.”
