Great customer service!! Loved the ability to check in on the kiosk. Was able to go straight to my room. Hotel was very pricey for the low budget feel. Would have liked the rooms to be a lot bigger. Their text feature for requests made requesting additional items like towels very easy.

What a pleasant surprise! We normally stay at the Wynn but wanted to try something else. The casino was nicely laid out and plenty of food options "especially for a picky eater like me". It is also connected to Miracle Mile Mall which has a nice variety of shops and food. Lastly the room was pretty nice and modern. Comfortable bed, mini fridge, and nice bathroom with separate shower and tub. We WILL be back!!!

Location can't be beat it's in the dead center of the strip. We had a room with an incredible view of the fountain but the room itself was really nothing special at all. Casino at night was lots of fun. Overall fun place to be. Mall attached to it was also great for shopping and getting a quick bite throughout the day. Did not seem like other hotels had the same food options other than maybe Excalibur.

Good location, as it is pretty close to being at the center of the strip. Any staff we encountered were all friendly and helpful. The rooms were nice, spacious and clean...I would however call housekeeping the minute you get in your room and ask for more pillows as they are very flat, you need 2 to make 1 and they run out quickly. Pool area was nicely maintained, the family pool was closed when we were there but the big pool was open and clean.

Very good service, especially over the last few years. Took care of any room issues we had at the beginning of our stay this most recent visit. Great location on the strip, super convenient shops and restaurants attached and nearby. Easy to make reservations for everything on the app. Nice and clean smoking rooms when needed. Great stay and will continue to stay here for future visits!

So, this is where The Aladdin stood for too many years and we miss that Spice Buffet and the chefs that worked there,! Can only hope that they are still doing their thing here! Have worked in this theater for many, many years and if you have never watched a show from The Golden Circle, you must do this before you die! Well worth it to upgrade for this seating, but you must get there on time, so you don't disrupt others and take away from their pleasure and concentration! You cannot be crawling over those who got there early and it is very difficult for the usher (me) and disturbs the performers and band too,! In New York, this would never happen because you would not see the show! They used to show a lot of musicals and plays and people here do not show common courtesy or dress to go out,! Sorry, so sad but true! When I worked there, they had a lot of free entertainment and street performers that would delight the public, so I'm praying my little prayer, that this shall continue and our performers will get rewarded with nice tips! There is a huge circular mall (Miracle Mile Shops) surrounding the casino with a nice variety of Shoppes (some upscale, some not) and it's a great place to walk inside with free ac and people watch for as long as your heart desires! Plenty of places to eat here! Location is perfect but parking is far from it! You have to circle around and around and there really isn't enough room to wait for someone to pull out! Be careful here because some people have hot tempers and will speed or try to cut you off! During the night, this can present quite a problem because they are very popular and busy! In my previous review, I spoke about the free rain and thunder, lightening show when the ceiling opens up! Now, this is worthy of praise and delights many daily! Don't let it stop raining there because you are not spoiling my parade!❤️💞❤️🇺🇸😎🌟🌟🌟

Planet Hollywood is a solid choice for a hotel in Vegas, and is pretty good for the most part. There were some issues with the amenities, but it's easy to break the pros and cons down: Pros: 1. Great location 2. Reasonable price 3. Plenty of shops to explore 4. Good selection of restaurants Cons: 1. No people at the front desk (digital check in only) 2. The pool closes at 4:30 PM, and one of the two pools was permanently closed, and the open one was filled to the brim with people (way past capacity). Pool area in general is very small. 3. Cleanliness could be better in rooms

My wife and I just spent 4 days at Planet Hollywood. Very first day they upgraded our room with a awesome view. Room was very clean and enough room for the both of us. Mini fridge inside the room. I’ve heard not many places do this anymore. So much to do inside the casino. All the food options we had were very good. Centrally located to walk the strip and sight see. Highly recommend PH!

Fun casino, clean, friendly and helpful staff!! We went early long line at Ramsey burger place but worth it. Best was the Ultimate Variety Show!! I recommend seeing this, tickets are reasonable. We left before 1100 pm so no problems with the criminal element that has been happening early in the mornings. Over I would go back.

3 star is generous. The good....Hotel area was nice. Pool area is great. Rooms are spacious. Location is great and having the shops connected was a big plus. The bad....seemed like every place we went we smelled pot. Casino is average and the service was sparse. We were there 5 nights and our room got cleaned twice (once because my wife found the maid and told her it needed cleaned). When we didn't get service we called the front desk and kept being put on hold. After 10-20 mins you get some disgruntled desk attendant that just said "we will send up towels". Seemed like only 2-3 elevators were ever running so you spend a lot of time waiting or getting close with your fellow travelers. Price was cheap but this was really a "you get what you pay for" hotel. We will not be booking another stay there.

Stayed here for the Vegas leg of our vacation. Nicely kept hotel and casino. Check in and out was a breeze. They offer free parking but it's worth the price to valet as you have to walk through the attached mall otherwise. Location, location, location! This hotel definitely has that! Would absolutely stay her again.

Very poor air circulation! They should improve the venting system! We stayed on a non-smoking floor but can still smell very strong cigarette smokes, most people need to go through the casino to get into the hotel elevator, every time you pass through the casino, the smoke again makes your clothes and everything smells of smoke. I highly suggest not to stay in this hotel if you are pregnant or with kids, it will damage your health!

Stayed here for 5 nights. Really comfortable room. Great bathroom. The weather in October was comfortable considering how hot it usually gets... The room had a fridge, a kettle in the room would be ideal. Having to go to downstairs is a pain. I guess I'll take a mini kettle next time. Staying here you are centre of the strip which was ideal as 1 person in the group was a wheelchair user. Uber out here is popular and the casino has a designated area for drop off and pick up.
