“Stayed here last night for one night as we (myself & my 10 yr old) as we had Theatre ticket's for the Hippodrome.
Location is perfect, not just for the theatre which is about a 5 to 10 minute walk max, but also for finding places to eat as well & not that far from New Street Train Station, also now known as Grand Central Station
Not stayed here before, but I can definitely say we will be returning.
Our room was really big, the bed was super comfy & the room was spotlessly clean.
Every member of staff we saw or spoke to, nothing was too much for them, from Reception, Bar Person. Breakfast staff. Thank you for making our stay a very enjoyable one!!”

“We arrived late after a stressful journey. Trains cancelled and delayed. Had missed our gig and gentleman on reception was outstanding and upgraded us to one of the suites. Really helped to make up for an awful journey and disappointment of missing the concert. So tired we couldn't face going out again so had the 3 course festive menu in the restaurant. Great meal and good service again. 👌
The suite was fantastic , as was the food and service.
Breakfast excellent too.
So close to Birmingham New Street, so easy to catch our train when we checked out.”
