“Unplanned trip and escape destination after a nightmare Christmas with family (think we all know what that feels like)
Spent 1 week here.
This hotel is in a brilliant part of town. Great places around. Clean, big, spacious, comfortable, friendly.
We would definitely stay here again, for the next family escape :)”

“I had a lovely 2 night stay to visit the Christmas markets. Everything was perfect, a lovely room, smart, quiet, with friendly staff and in a great location surrounded by bars, restaurants and shops.
Some reviews complained about only 1 lift working, that it was noisy at night, no food being served late etc but none of these things were an issue. Perhaps the only negative I’d list is the expensive parking as you have to use the Mailbox carpark with 15% discount. At least there are plenty of spaces though and it felt very safe.”
