“Não recomendaria ficar aqui. Como as pessoas anteriores afirmaram que é um Hilton, o hotel não está de acordo com os padrões normais do Hilton. Os quartos são muito desatualizados. Nada é atraente sobre o lugar. Primeiro quarto que recebemos a geladeira estava quebrada. Como uma mãe amamentando que precisava armazenar seu leite, isso era muito preocupante. Eles nos deram um novo. Em seguida, precisamos trocar de quarto. Uma vez que trocamos a mesma geladeira quebrada estava naquela. Então tivemos que trazer o outro da sala anterior. No novo quarto não havia microondas que eu precisava para aquecer o leite das minhas filhas. Uma vez meu marido disse ao gerente que ela não deu nada além de uma atitude. Nos disse para “descer para usar o microondas”, o que não faz sentido. Ter um bebê e precisava fazer mamadeiras a cada poucas horas muito imprudente. Depois de relatar o que ela disse, eles queriam agir de maneira mais amigável e nos levar o microondas. Eu nunca ficaria aqui novamente e não recomendaria ninguém para ficar. A equipe não foi amigável, os gerentes em seus telefones na recepção. A garçonete, barman e senhora de arrumação foram as únicas pessoas amigáveis que fizeram um bom trabalho! Todos os outros eram horríveis.”
