Gentileza imediatamente na recepção. Todos os quartos são profissionais e muito amigáveis, espaçosos e muito agradáveis. Estávamos em Milão para a partida de Malpensa no dia seguinte. Quarto duplo com 2 camas muito confortáveis.

Este é um Sheraton! Estrutura muito precisa desde a mobília até a limpeza. Equipe amigável e profissional. O café da manhã, apesar do COVID, além de ser servido em tempo recorde é como sempre. ¡Esto es un Sheraton! Estructura muy precisa desde el mobiliario hasta la limpieza. Personal amable y profesional. El desayuno, a pesar del COVID, además de servirse en un tiempo récord es como siempre. Internacional y dulce. Las habitaciones son amplias y tranquilas.¡Esto es un Sheraton! Gorgeous hotel and always lovely staff. The only reason for 4 stars is that the room price is reasonable but everything else is extra and not so reasonably priced ... 30 Euros for overnight parking and 45 Euros for a steak without sides!?!!

The hotel is great and clean, and the staff is spectacular. Only the parking 30 euro per day is a bit high.

Ótimo hotel. Foi atualizado para melhor acomodar a mim e minha família. Funcionários sempre simpáticos e prestativos. Eles reconheceram meu status de Platina desde o início e se sentiram apreciados. Quarto era perfeito, camas confortáveis, TV enourmous e chuveiro muito bom. Merece um retorno.

This hotel is almost perfect only without the reception staff. I think i had been in this hotel also before but also at that time reception staff was very rude and uneducated. They are very uneducated as a receptionist. Check in lady staff was quite good but she was also very amature...Especially Ms. Elisa, You are not the hotelier to work in Sheraton level. You should thanks god that at least you have a job. When you see the client, plz just tell something not looking such like ‘what do you want’. If you don’t speak english very well, try to speak just not rudely. You were very pathertic and so much rude. If there are manager of the reception, i’d like to tell you that your staff were terrible and pathetic as uneducated people in the world..Those are only one problem of this hotel. The other facilities and room is perfect than i expected. Especially room bed is perfect. I want to go back to this hotel also only to sleep...(when the staff wake up for their mindset).

Gran hotel. Se actualizó para acomodarme mejor a mí y a mi familia. El personal siempre es agradable y servicial. Reconocieron mi estatus Platinum desde el principio y se sintieron apreciados. La habitación era perfecta, camas cómodas, una enorme televisión y una ducha realmente agradable. Merece un regreso.

Great hotel. Been upgraded to better accommodate me and my family. Staff always nice and helpful. They did recognize my Platinum status from the beginning and feel appreciated. Room was perfect, comfy beds, enourmous TV and really nice shower. Deserves a return.

Excelente estrutura em tudo, muito limpo, arrumado e muito bonito. A equipe é fantástica em todos os níveis, profissional e muito cortês. Os quartos são fantásticos e a propriedade em geral é maravilhosa, localizada na área de relaxamento, mas a um passo do centro. Altamente recomendado !!!

Excelente estructura en general, muy limpia, ordenada y muy bonita. El personal es fantástico en todos los niveles, profesional y muy cortés. Las habitaciones son fantásticas y la estructura en general es maravillosa, ubicada en una zona de relajación pero a un paso del centro. Muy recomendable !!!

Localização fabulosa, talvez única para Milão! Hotel equipado com instalações não fáceis de encontrar em um hotel urbano: Spa, piscina externa. Excelente e super equipe prestativa. O quarto muito agradável, limpo, muito organizado e espaçoso também com cama extra e, por último mas não menos importante, colchão de cima! Dormiu bem. Obrigado pela experiência agradável. Nada a reclamar. Nós voltaremos. Super recomendado!

¡Fabulosa ubicación, quizás única para Milán! Hotel equipado con instalaciones no fáciles de encontrar en un hotel urbano: spa, piscina al aire libre. Excelente y super servicial personal. La habitación muy bonita, limpia, muy organizada y espaciosa también con cama supletoria y, por último, pero no menos importante, colchón superior. Dormí bien. Gracias por la linda experiencia. Nada de lo que quejarse. Volveremos. Super recomendado!

They know how to compensate when it comes a complaint, and for this reason they deserve 5 stars. The hotel is brand new with an outstanding interior, their Christmas decorations were outstanding and lavish from the lobby all the way to the room. We enjoyed our two nights stay thanks to 2 factors, the first is the customer experience provided by Elona the front desk representative, and secondly the care and support we received from all the employees in the hotel when we asked for something like a bucket of ice, or an ironing table. The breakfast is great with many options, and the sleeping experience was worth every euro we paid. The bed is the most comfortable we have tried. Would I visit again? Yes, but only if they made their parking free or at least 50% cheaper.FYI: One full day parking costs 30 euros.

Had a lovely time at the Sheraton San Siro Hotel in Milano. Unfortunately, it was a bit far from the center of Milan, but then again a few minutes walk from San siro Stadium! The hotel staff were welcoming upon arrival. The hotel has a very nice modern take on its design. The bedrooms are spacious and the bathrooms are very modern. One of the small details which I really appreciated, was offering to go cups for the customers to take their morning coffee in when they leave their room in the morning. Also the corridor design and the furniture selection for the hotel was very elegant (speaking as an interior designer myself). The coffee served in the hotel was simply magnificent. Perhaps the only thing that I wasn’t thrilled by was the breakfast. As a pescatarian, I didn’t find much options to eat in the breakfast. Nevertheless, the staff was kind and spoke very well English (even though I tried to use my poor Italian while conversing them).
