“Sometimes the Hilton name does not mean a thing. I was staying here for a week and a half. There is a hospital nearby so there was constantly several people in wheelchairs and others also at the hotel long term. Many would leave their doors open so when you walk down the hallway you always felt like you were disturbing them even though it is a public hallway.
The rooms were only cleaned every 4th days. When they cleaned the rooms they must not have had any kind of a check list because there was always items that were not replaced such as soap, towels, coffee, etc. So you had to find a housekeeper to ask for something because letting the front desk know was a lost cause.
The hotel was never completely full yet the front desk would put guests in rooms next to each other instead of spreading them out a little. Many guest are inconsiderate and don't even try to close their room door quietly, they just let the door slam no matter what time of day.
Also the walls were thin so you could hear the guests in the rooms next to you talking, coughing, etc.
Lastly, upon coming up the stairs it had a strong odor of marijuana because someone was too lazy to go outside.
When you are paying well over $100 a night for a room you should expect more.
It is getting to a point where hotels need to start giving out a do's and don't,s list to guests since more thing they are entitled to do what they wish with no regard for others.
To finish on a positive note the breakfast and staff running it were excellent.”

“I don't complain much but this was horrible. The front desk staff was disinterested in anything at all. The bathroom door frame was covered in rust. The shower door had been busted and simply siliconed back in. The track wheel was broke and the door would not slide. We requested an extra blanket and it never showed up. And to top it off, we were overcharged by $30. The one bright spot was the ladies taking care of the breakfast area, they were funny And prompt with keeping up with the food.”
