I have nothing to complain about their service and couldn't ask for more. I wasn't disappointed with my three nights here. I will be back shortly. I highly recommend this hotel to everyone I know.”

“We had the best hotel experiences in recent memory at this Hyatt Regency. Our plane was early and we were arriving early for a five night stay. As soon as we arrived Nykeira greeted us at the front desk with such a positive demeanor. I asked if we could check in early. Her response “no problem” and then she asked do you want a room with a sunset or sunrise view. Great! I asked if we could get a room on the highest floor? Again, no problem. She went on to tell us about all the hotel amenities and nearby restaurants. We felt so welcomed. The housekeeping staff and breakfast staff were very positive and hard working. This hotel is so nice and convenient across the street from the convention center. Room and bed so comfortable.”
