“Eu não recomendaria este spa. Eles têm grandes problemas de pessoal e tivemos vários problemas tentando. para lidar com a resolução de problemas de 20/11 até agora a partir de uma visita de 26/12. Eles não forneceram os serviços descritos e também estragaram a resolução. Não perca seu tempo ou dinheiro. Existem melhores opções na área de DC Metro. Não recomendo. A estadia no hotel foi principalmente boa.”

“Really appreciative of the staff at the Ritz who accommodated us despite the short notice booking due to the recent winter storm and resulting power outage in our area. I had just given birth a week ago and the staff were just top notch and accommodated our needed requests, particularly with a newborn. Rooms were clean and quiet. Everyone we encountered also wore masks. Thank you so much for making our experience there wonderful and comfortable despite the circumstances. 5 stars all the way!”
