“The hotel was clean and perfect for what I needed. When I walked in, Tiffany was there to greet with a great smile. I left my keys on the counter by accident and she called my room to see if they were mine without me looking for them later. Service was a ten!! O hotel era limpo e perfeito para o que eu precisava. “I’ve stayed here many times. I truly wish I could give it more than 3 stars but I can’t. The restaurant staff deserves 5 stars and I love that I can get Starbucks in the lobby every morning.Having said that…this is a tired hotel in need of renovations. My most recent example is last week- I checked in around midnight after landing at IAH. As soon as I walked in, the room smelled like heavy mold/mildew. They gave me a new room that had no iron in it. The rooms and carpet are patched together (literally, half-finished patchwork). The fitness room has no dumbbells under 40 pounds, no water or wipes to clean. And none of the business center computers worked after I asked the front desk.It’s disappointing because I like the location and feel this place has potential. But right now, it’s barely 3 stars. Fiquei aqui muitas vezes. Eu realmente gostaria de poder dar mais de 3 estrelas, mas não posso. A equipe do restaurante merece 5 estrelas e eu adoro poder obter Starbucks no lobby todas as manhãs.Dito isto ... este é um hotel cansado que precisa de reformas. Meu exemplo mais recente é na semana passada - fiz o check-in por volta da meia-noite depois de pousar no IAH. Assim que entrei, o quarto cheirava a mofo/mofo pesado. Eles me deram um novo quarto que não tinha ferro. Os quartos e o carpete são remendados (literalmente, patchwork semi-acabado). A sala de fitness não tem halteres com menos de 40 libras, sem água ou toalhetes para limpar. E nenhum dos computadores do centro de negócios funcionou depois que eu perguntei na recepção.É decepcionante porque gosto da localização e sinto que este lugar tem potencial.
