“Unfortunately this is probably the worst hotel I have ever stayed in. Positive: the location is really perfect for exploring Rome and I really liked the food. Negative: the hotel room was really dirty with hair on the bed and dirt stains everywhere including the bathroom. Unfortunately the staff refused to give me a new room and only offered to re-do the bed (without changing the sheets entirely). A lot of my other colleagues also had very old and dirty rooms, one even had ants! I think if the hotel would get a renovation, there would be a lot of potential for a great place to stay.”
